Walt Disney Pictures’ highly anticipated animated film, John C. Reilly as the title character, along with Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch, Alan Tudyk, Ed O’Neill and Mindy Kaling.

Directed by Rich Moore, the film marks the first time that many popular videogame characters will be seen together on the silver screen. Although it has already been announced that Mario won’t make an appearance, Sonic (from Sonic the Hedgehog), Inky, Pinky, Blinky and Clyde (from Pac-Man) and arguably the biggest name, Bowser (from Super Mario Bros., duh) are all present and ed for, along with numerous others, in either lead roles or cameos.

The film follows Wreck-It Ralph, who grows tired of being the villain in his game Fix-It Felix, a game he has been in for 30 years, and decides its time for him to become a hero. Throughout his journey, he travels into different games in the arcade where he learns that one game is faced with a dire threat that could affect the entire arcade, and one that Ralph may have inadvertently started by himself.

Overall, the film is shaping up really well and personally, I think it looks great. I love the music they’re using too, most of which seems to be videogame-esque. All of the iconic characters look perfect as well, with their own sounds and personal quirks. For videogame fans, this one should be a real treat.

Find out what happens when Wreck-It Ralph opens everywhere on November 2nd. Check out the trailer and let us know what you think in the comments below.
