Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have started legal proceedings against Dr. Thomas Connelly, a cosmetic dentist based in Beverly Hills. They are accusing him of medical malpractice, fraud, and other serious wrongdoing.

The lawsuit, which was formally announced with a notice of intent to sue, claims that Connelly engaged in a series of inappropriate and dangerous actions during West’s treatment between 2024 and early 2025, according to TMZ. The main accusations focus on Connelly allegedly giving West excessive amounts of nitrous oxide, also known as “laughing gas,” for reasons not related to medical treatment while also encouraging him to use it on his own without supervision.

The legal filing further states that Connelly ignored clear signs of West’s declining neurological and behavioral health, which the lawsuit says was directly caused by nitrous oxide abuse. The notice explains that Connelly not only provided West with large amounts of nitrous oxide, including big tanks delivered to West’s home, where he lived with Censori, but also gave him the equipment and instructions to use it himself.

This allegedly happened even though Connelly noticed and acknowledged symptoms of neurological and behavioral problems in West, such as confusion, memory loss, and sudden mood changes. The lawsuit argues that these actions show a complete disregard for standard medical practices and patient safety. Censori, as West’s wife and someone who witnessed many of these alleged incidents, is also listed as a plaintiff, emphasizing how Connelly’s actions affected both of their lives.

In addition to the nitrous oxide allegations, the lawsuit claims that Connelly gave West propofol, a strong anesthetic, in non-medical settings on multiple occasions. One of these instances supposedly took place at a Las Vegas hotel. Another incident allegedly involved Connelly giving West propofol and then sending him away without checking his mental or physical condition, which the legal documents say led to “extreme mental and physical distress” that required emergency medical care.

The lawsuit also accuses Connelly of abandoning West as a patient in a reckless manner, failing to provide necessary follow-up care, detoxification, or referrals, even though West appeared to be dependent on nitrous oxide and suffering from neurological damage as a result.

The financial side of the accusations is also significant. The notice claims that Connelly charged extremely high fees for his services, reportedly billing West $50,000 per month, adding up to hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of the treatment. This is presented as part of a larger pattern of exploitative behavior, suggesting that Connelly’s actions were motivated by money rather than genuine patient care.

These allegations match previous claims made by Milo Yiannopoulos, West’s former publicist, who had earlier accused Connelly of unethical behavior. Yiannopoulos previously said that Connelly was intentionally weakening West’s mental state to take advantage of him financially, even claiming that Connelly used cheaper, lab-created diamonds instead of natural ones in West’s dental work. He also said that Connelly provided nitrous oxide to West for financial gain.

While Connelly denied Yiannopoulos’s statements in the past, the current lawsuit presents what West and Censori believe is ing evidence. The seriousness of the lawsuit is heightened by the fact that West had previously been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a condition that, according to the plaintiffs, was made worse by Connelly’s alleged actions.

“My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital ’cause I am not sick I just do not get it,” he raps. The song is part of his WW3 album. “She’s having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted / Until Bianca’s back I stay up all night I’m not going to sleep / I really don’t know where she’s at.”

In the above lyrics, he says he has no idea about Bianca’s whereabouts ever since she left him. But the very next reflects his typical habit of making contradicting statements as he reveals he has been tracking her location via an app. And he wonders why she left him.

“I’m tracking my b–h through an app / I’m tracking my b–h through the city. She hop in the car and she ran / My b–h just don’t understand / Sometimes it just feel like it’s planned.”

Because Kanye can never be not controversial, he calls himself and Bianca the “new Cassie and Diddy. Cassie Ventura was the disgraced rapper’s girlfriend, whom he physically assaulted and abused during their relationship. Yes, somehow, in Kanye’s brain, the relationship is the symbol of star-crossed lovers, and now, he has cast himself and Bianca into the roles.

“I guess we the new Cassie and Diddy / I’m making this song for Bianca,” he adds, before imploring her to come back, beyond certain that she is only “mad” at him.

All Kanye and his song has confirmed for now is that the couple has had a fight and Bianca left. While his partly disturbing song doesn’t hint at a pending divorce, the rumor has been that details of their separation have already been ironed out wherein Bianca will be awarded $5 million and will stay at Kanye’s $35 million house in Los Angeles.

Is Bianca Censori Jewish?

Others claimed that they thought Kardashian “posted pics of Bianca for a sec,” or that they had “to double take [as they] thought this was Bianca Censori.” Kardashian sharing a headline with West and Censori comes during a high profile few weeks for the couple, following a much-discussed moment at the Grammys earlier this month. However, reports of the pair’s divorce were quickly refuted by a representative for the couple, who told The Hollywood Reporter that details of their private life “will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press.” The statement also made note of the many divorce rumors that have followed the couple since their relationship came to light in 2023.

Whether it’s due to a mental illness or an insatiable craving for attention, even his most loyal fanbase can agree that some of his antics are deeply disturbing. Such was the case when he made an unannounced stop at the Grammy Award’s red carpet with his wife, Bianca Censori. Winston was also curious about how Noah would have handled Ye had he decided to attend.

Noah famously had a tiff with Ye — at this point, who hasn’t? — after Ye took offense to Noah’s criticism of his rabid comments about Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Pete Davidson. Ye retaliated by referring to Noah using a racial slur. Sizwe Dhlomo reminded the room that Ye would have “100%” taken to the stage and disrupted the show because, to him, every awards show is just another opportunity to turn all eyes on himself.

Noah’s response was more nuanced, however. “I’ve met Kanye, and post me and Kanye having a thing, he was sweet, he was very kind, we had a cordial conversation,” Noah noted. “So the first part I would say is this: I wouldn’t be afraid, but I would be worried for the show and what’s going to happen. Let’s just say that Ye deciding not to ruin a night that was part celebration of the biggest music talents in the world and part fundraiser for the victims of the LA fires was probably a good thing. Noah touched on this very topic when he ended his musings on how he would have handled Ye, saying, “On a night where we are there, and a half — I would even say three-quarters — of the room has a strange, morose feeling to them. That’s not the night you want unpredictability.”

Ok, scratch “essentially” — she was naked.

The whole thing lasted seconds before Ye, 47, and Censori, 30, left. Some reports said police escorted them out, but Variety later reported that wasn’t true, citing a source close to Grammys: Ye was invited.

Multiple outlets now say cops weren’t involved, and Ye and Censori just got in their car and drove away after the red carpet stunt. Ye’s song, “Carnival” with Ty Dolla $ign, Rick the Kid, and Playboi Carti, off Ye’s 2024 album Vultures 2, was a Grammy nominee. It lost to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

Based on social media response, Ye parading Censori more or less naked on the Grammy red carpet didn’t go over well with all his fans, or what’s left of them, with comments like, “Kanye, please have some respect for your wife and stop disgracing her. If you don’t love her, let her go. You did not do this to your prior wife,” and also, “When famous people fall off and are no longer making hit songs they will do anything in the world to get that attention back. Fame is the [worst] drug.”

Promotional genius or a pathetic troll? You decide

On the other hand, her hair has gone through changes over the years. Whereas she usually wore her hair dark, long, and styled — almost reminiscent of Ye’s ex-wife’s hair — she now appears to be much bolder in her hair styling choices. In the two years she was married to Ye, the model was seen sporting short blonde hair, a dark black bob, and even wavy pink hair.

While we’re not ones to often defend Ye, this time around, the internet has run rampant with a narrative without checking the facts first. It appears that Censori has always been one for showing skin, with or without Kanye West by her side.

Are Kanye and Bianca Censori getting a divorce?

On October 7, TMZ published an article claiming that Kanye ‘Ye’ West and Bianca Censori were headed for divorce. However, a recent article by Us Weekly denies these allegations. According to a source close to the couple, Us Weekly reports that while Censori and West’s relationship is “definitely rocky,” the two are supposedly “working through it,” with “no plans for a divorce.”

TMZ initially reported that Ye was the one to end the marriage, with plans to move to Tokyo. Meanwhile, Bianca has deactivated her Instagram , which has only fueled the rumors, but neither she nor the rapper has confirmed or denied the supposed divorce.

Nonetheless, given the media’s relentless focus on the Chicago-born rapper, rumors are already swirling. From spying allegations to lawsuits, nothing has been off-limits since the initial divorce rumors surfaced — some of them propelled by TMZ itself. On October 10, the website shared the of someone who is suing Ye, but is anonymously identifying as John Doe.

According to this , the man claims he was tasked with hiring a private investigator to follow both Bianca and the Kardashians on West’s behalf. Who could forget the drama of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s divorce? Despite it being three years, it appears it’s not over yet as Kanye’s ex-girlfriend Julia Fox has spoken on her relationship with the rapper in her memoir, Down the Drain, which was released in October.

Although Kanye seems to have finally moved on, marrying his wife, Bianca Censori, early last year, it seems the drama has not. West made things even more difficult for himself by being openly antisemitic, and even praising Hitler back in 2022. As you can imagine, he’s lost a lot of from his fans. His behavior in general since the split with Kim has been pretty bad, if that wasn’t blatantly obvious by now, but none of us have the first hand experience that Julia Fox has had.

The couple were first seen together in January 2022, although the relationship was pretty short-lived, with things ending abruptly after less than two months. Although it all seemed fine from an outside perspective, things weren’t exactly how they seemed behind the scenes. In an interview with BBC’s Emma Barnett, the Uncut Gems star elaborated on claims she’d made in her memoir about an unnamed rapper that is believed to be West.

“It felt like a relief in the beginning ‘oh finally someone else can take the reins’, but I think you know it became unsustainable and that’s why the relationship only lasted a month.”

In the memoir Fox goes into even more detail, describing how Kanye would be the one to approve of her outfits. This wasn’t the only controlling behavior he would display; apparently he would also comment on her body, going as far as to offering to pay for breast enlargement surgery at one point. Speaking to Rolling Stone, Fox spoke about how she felt West had weaponized her as a way to get back at Kim, saying “I think it kind of warped into weaponizing me to get back at his ex-wife.”

Fox also wrote about how Kim Kardashian had told West about the actress’s history with drugs, something which the rapper accused Fox of hiding from him. The heated exchange was a contributing factor to the break-up.

In the time since the pair’s brief relationship, Fox has spoken about it a number of times, both in her memoir and in interviews. Ultimately she says that the pairing just wasn’t sustainable, which was the main reason for the break-up. Both had just come out of pretty serious relationships prior to meeting each other, and it seems perhaps neither were really ready for something long-term. West has yet to speak in detail on the topic, and it seems unlikely he ever will.

It’s been a heck of a ride for Kanye West. The balloon of his success has slowly, awkwardly, squeakingly leaked acclaim, awards, and business partnerships over the last few years, and why? Because he went on the air and said that he liked Adolf Hitler and loved nazis? Yeah, okay. That’s a pretty good reason. That’s a point for you, The General Consensus on Kanye West.

That said, not everyone hates Kanye West. Some people love him. Some people love Kanye West so much, in fact, that they want to marry him – and have. Two people, to be specific, have felt strongly enough about the matter to take matters into their own hands and totally get married to the 24-time Grammy winner. The first, Kim Kardashian, called takes-backs, finalizing their divorce late in 2022. 

And then there is Bianca Censori, the Australian architect and Yeezy employee who was the subject of West’s 2023 song “Censori Overload.” In late 2022 and early 2023, it was widely reported that the couple had undergone some form of unofficial wedding ceremony, like the ones that kids pretend to have until one of them gets bored and wants to play Power Rangers. The general vibe in the room was that the whole thing was super unofficial, and really nothing to worry about. 

But when did Kanye West and Bianca Censori get married for real?

Well, there is a twist.

In October 2023, The Daily Mail reported that West and Censori were, in fact, definitely totally officially married, less than a month after West’s divorce from Kardashian was finalized. According to their sources, the couple tied the knot in a super-secret ceremony on Dec. 20, 2022, utilizing a “confidential wedding license.” The wedding took place in scenic Palo Alto, California. A second unofficial wedding was reported to have taken place in January of the following year. Why? Maybe it was some sort of duck blind to further obscure the actual wedding from the press?

Kanye, who legally changed his name to “Ye” — in the same way that Elon Musk changed the name of Twitter to “X” and nobody really got on board — is yet to comment officially on his second marriage.

Despite the relatively low profile that West has enjoyed since burning his empire to the ground through a series of antisemitic tweets, interviews, and thinly veiled threats, the 46-year-old’s relationship with his 28-year-old employee has long been the subject of controversies and sensational tabloid claims. The latest comes from a separate Daily Mail piece, wherein sources close to the couple have claimed that West required Censori to “never speak,” wear clothes that the rapper had approved, and keep to a stringent exercise and diet plan.

While the outlet confirming Ye’s marriage is believable, the second article falls in its ill-famed category of making lofty, controversial claims of which many have been rescinded by the publication. So, best to take the latter info with a grain of salt.

Venice is one of the dreamiest and most romantic cities in the world. It’s easy to get lost amidst the narrow allies, ire the crumbling old buildings, and stare out across the azure lagoon as gondolas lazily float by.

However, if you were in Venice last week this serenity would have been severely tested by the sight of Kanye West‘s bare behind bobbing along the Grand Canal as he uh, well; let’s say shared an ‘intimate moment’ with his ‘wife’ Bianca Censori. As The Daily Mail put it, Censori appeared to be “nestled with her head in his lap.”

Now it seems that, at least on this boat company, West and Censori won’t be reenacting a (little) death in Venice again. Venezia Turismo Motoscafi have confirmed that neither is welcome on their boats again after the incident. They clarified that they were completely unaware of what was happening, saying:

“On board, the driver had to keep a lookout for traffic and did not see these obscenities. If this had happened, he would have immediately disembarked and reported the transgressors to those in authority. In addition, there was a third person on board the taxi, who accompanied Mr. and Mrs. West, who obstructed the captain’s view to the stern in any case.”

Needless to say this situation sucks for Kanye, who will have to find other transportation next time he’s in Venice. But his legal troubles may not end there, as there have been calls for him to face a charge of public indecency, though punishment would be limited to a relatively small $320 fine. Also, Italian commentators and not happy, telling him to “keep it in the privacy of your own home”, that “kids probably saw”, and that “how are these two not arrested for lewd behavior?”

This is now at risk of blowing up into an international incident. Here’s hoping that, for once, Kanye will keep his head.
