Beginning in 2005, Dancing With The Stars is a hit competition show that is fun for the whole family!

Just in case you are unfamiliar with the beloved competition series, Dancing with the Stars pairs professional dancers with a wide range of celebrities — from athletes to actors to singers to social media stars and beyond — performing different styles of dance weekly to a of judges (consisting of Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli).

The duo who receives the lowest combined score — when taking points from the judges and votes from the audience into — is eliminated at the end of each episode, repeating week after week until one couple is awarded the coveted Mirrorball Trophy.

While the lineup of professional dancers for season 32 of Dancing With The Stars is nothing short of spectacular, dozens of pros have come and gone over the years, with some even participating in just a single season.

After an inaugural “Disney100” night that was truly a night to , the 10 remaining duos on season 32 of Dancing With The Stars are about to take a trip down memory lane for “Most Memorable Year” night, an evening that is certain to be jam-packed with familiar faces.

While the remaining celebrities will be dancing to smash hits from the year that they declared to be the most notable in their life so far, the professional dancers on Dancing With The Stars have another trick up their sleeve.

The pros will be recognizing the “Most Memorable Year” in Dancing With The Stars history with tribute to former head judge Len Goodman. Goodman ed away in April of 2023, so to honor his life and his illustrious career, Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson choreographed a massive group number that is unlike anything fans have seen in the history of the beloved competition series.

Dancing to “Moon River” by Henry Mancini, all of the season 32 pros will be a part of the dance, as well as judge Derek Hough and host Julianne Hough. In addition to this, legendary pro dancers from past seasons will also return to the ballroom for the tribute, including Kym Johnson, Anna Trebunskaya, Karina Smirnoff, Edyta Sliwinska, Tony Dovolani, Louis van Amstel, Maks Chmerkovskiy, and Mark Ballas — how sweet is that?

While fans seriously cannot contain their excitement for this oh-so special tribute, avid Dancing With The Stars viewers were sad to see some individuals skipping out on the performance, such as Sharna Burgess, Witney Carson, Lindsay Arnold, and more. To top it off, one of the most notable stars who is missing from the lineup is the one and only Cheryl Burke, a 25-time pro who hung up her dancing shoes just last year.

If you are just as curious as we are as to why Cheryl will not be returning for the tribute to Len Goodman, just keep scrolling.

Why won’t Cheryl Burke be a part of Len Goodman’s tribute during “Most Memorable Year” night on Dancing With The Stars?

To announce the disheartening news, Cheryl took to TikTok first.

“I saw a promo with some familiar faces, some of the OG pros from like season 1 through season 4 or 5 — Maks, Mark, Edyta, Karina, Anya, Louis… They’re doing amazing. I’m sure it’s going to be so amazing. It’s so great to see their faces, and I would have liked to have been a part of that. I feel like I’m a part of the OG crew, but yeah, more on this next week I guess. It’s just sad.”

To double down on the announcement, Cheryl also shared the news via Threads.

“For those of you asking if I’ll be a part of Len Goodman’s tribute next week on DWTS, unfortunately, I wasn’t invited, however, I’ll be there in spirit and can’t wait to cheer my former colleagues on! Sending love and light to everyone. 🤍🙏🏼 #riplen”

While she is disappointed that she was not asked to be a part of this oh-so special tribute, the back-to-back Mirrorball Trophy recipient is keeping a relatively positive attitude, however, fans are not happy (to say the least).

“I’m sorry they didn’t invite you, but every single person who has been involved with the show since the beginning should be there. The tribute should be it’s own stand alone special & whoever wants to say something about Len should have the opportunity on the special tribute to do so. It’s only right & fair. He deserves nothing less than that. He is a legend & is missed by all the viewers & everyone who knew him!! 🧡

“Well that is absolute b******t Cheryl. Tony left 5 years ago and he’s on the show… I am sure this must have stung big time. Shame on DWTS for a slight like this. We love you and I will always you and Drew — save a horse, ride a cowboy. Big hugs 💗😘🌺

“That’s appalling that you weren’t invited. You are an OG… @dancingwiththestars PLEASE INVITE the OG from season 1! How dare you not invite Cheryl!”

“How were you not included?!?!? You are OG DWTS. #riplen”

“What’s up with producers? Also, why no Sharna, Lindsay or Witney">Sex, Lies, and Spray Tans podcast after this massive group number airs? Only time will tell…

Until then, be sure to tune into “Most Memorable Year” night on Tuesday, October 24, from 8pm to 10pm ET/PT on both ABC and Disney Plus, with next-day streaming on Hulu.

His medical diagnosis, explained https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/celebrities/how-is-brian-austin-greens-health-his-medical-diagnosis-explained/ https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/celebrities/how-is-brian-austin-greens-health-his-medical-diagnosis-explained/#respond Wed, 04 Oct 2023 23:27:59 +0000 https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/?p=1599351 Green struggled with his health for years without knowing what was truly wrong.]]>

Brian Austin Green first stole our hearts as David Silver in the couldn’t-miss-sitcom, 90210, and as a resident heartthrob and heartbreaker, we felt drawn to the character who wore his “bad guy” image like a badge of honor.

From there, Green has given us a number of characters to both love and loathe, but one thing that has remained constant is adoration from fans who have followed his journey from the very beginning. In his career through entertainment and within his personal life, he’s been open and honest about both the joys and the struggles he’s faced. When his health took a scary turn several years ago, he faced the unimaginable. Struggling with the most ordinary of tasks, Green was largely immobilized for quite some time, and had to learn several basic functions over again as if he were a child.

On a recent episode of Cheryl Burke‘s podcast, Sex, Likes and Spray Tans, Green opened up about his health conditions and what life looked like for him as he lived through them. So what medical challenges was Green facing at the time, and how did he overcome them? Let’s take a look.

What symptoms was Green having?

In his chat with Burke, Green shares that he spent four years trying to recover from strange and unusual symptoms, and in all honesty, it seemed like a confusing set of circumstances that threw him for a loop each day.

“I’d spent four and a half years recovering from stroke-like symptoms without ever having had a stroke, but I couldn’t speak. Then these neurological things started happening after the vertigo, and that was — it was four and a half years of my life. I got to the point where I shuffled like I was a 90-year-old man.”

The things happening in Green’s body didn’t make sense, and while he would eventually go on to be diagnosed with two separate conditions, those who suffer from either can attest to neither really seeming to fit what was going on in his body, either.

In addition to what was happening to Green physically, he was also experiencing changes in his mental and emotional health; being unable to properly speak, eat, read, or walk is something no otherwise- healthy adult would have been prepared for. It’s a terrifying thought, to inhabit a body that is suddenly working against you at every turn.

What was Green’s diagnosis?

Green would ultimately receive a diagnosis of vertigo and ulcerative colitis, but after being bedridden for several months, he decided to attempt to look at his health through a new lens entirely. When no doctors could help him, he decided to find one in a different specialty altogether, someone he said specialized in Eastern medicine.

“It was all undiagnosed by Western medicine, so I ended up having to finally find a doctor that is much more into, like, kinesiology and Eastern medicine.”

Green brings up one instance in particular that let him know something was wrong with his body: “I had such brain fog that I reintroduced my best friend of like 25 plus years to my sister who he had also known for 25 plus years.”

After adjusting his diet and incorporating kinesiology, he began to feel better, and could attribute many of his symptoms to stress, and severe allergies to both gluten and dairy. Having gone through a healing journey physically and receiving help from a therapist, Green is at a place in his life where he feels a deep excitement for the future, and as a newly engaged man. We’re thrilled for him.
