It sounds like he is not leaving our television screens anytime soon...]]>
<![CDATA[

Living in Hawaii and working as a tennis professional — after graduating from West Chester University in 2017 — Joey Graziadei seemingly had a happy, ordinary life before delving into the reality television world. 2s5h14

ing The Bachelorette season 20 — to fight for the heart of the beautiful Charity Lawson, of course — Joey ultimately found himself unlucky in love, falling short to Dotun Olubeko in the end. Despite finishing the show in second place, the Pennsylvania native became an obvious fan favorite, subsequently securing his stint as the lead of The Bachelor season 28 where he met his now-fiancée: Kelsey Anderson.

His time on our television screens did not end there, though, because shortly after The Bachelor season 28 came to a close, Joey ed the star-studded cast of Dancing With the Stars season 33 as well. Partnered with the one and only Jenna Johnson, his scores were impressive (to say the least), indicated below.

 • DWTS Premiere — Cha Cha to Tyler Hubbard’s “Dancin’ In The Country” (21/30)
 • “Oscars Night” — Rumba to Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” from A Star Is Born (22/30)
 • “Soul Train Night” — Jive to The Isley Brothers’ “Shout” (34/40)
 • “Hair Metal Night” — Tango to Scorpions’ “Rock You Like A Hurricane” (36/40)
 • “Dedication Night” — Viennese Waltz to Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control” (36/40)
 • “Disney Night” — Samba to “Trashin’ The Camp” from Tarzan (25/30)
 • “Halloween Nightmares Night” — Argentine Tango to “Ramalama (Bang Bang)” by Róisín Murphy (29/30)
 • DWTS 500th Episode — Contemporary to “Work Song” by Hozier (28/30)
 • DWTS Semi-Final — Foxtrot to “I Won’t Dance” by Erin Boheme and District 78 (30/30) and Paso Doble to “Come Together” by Lennon & McCartney (28/30)
 • DWTS Finale — Cha-Cha to “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” by Justin Timberlake (30/30) and Freestyle to “Canned Heat” by District 78 and Jake Simpson (29/30)

Although they did not receive a perfect score on their tennis-themed freestyle routine — much to the dismay of the Chmerkovskiy brothersJoey and Jenna emerged victorious nevertheless, with the 29-year-old becoming the first male from Bachelor Nation to take home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

With three shows under his belt, Joey’s ers are left with just one question for the Dancing With the Stars, Bachelor, and Bachelorette star: What’s next?

Sitting down with Joe Vulpis for an episode of the Lightweights podcast, the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy recipient dished, “I can’t even put my brain on what would be next, but I have been someone that’s always been open and excited about new opportunities when they come.” The pair then spitballed some ideas back-and-forth, bringing The Traitors, Survivor, and Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test to the table. Keep scrolling for everything Joey and Joe had to say.

https://www.tiktok.com/@youtube_archivess/video/7443100379602029867

Kicking off the conversation, Joey mentioned The Traitors, sharing that it has been suggested to him quite a bit, likely due to the number of Bachelor Nation who have been a part of the show in the past: Peter Weber, Wells Adams, Gabby Windey, and more.”I think what it is, is there is a usual funnel of people that come from Bachelor Nation and they’ve paved the way and they’ve done these other shows, right? So, when you hear that, those are the first that come to your brain,” he explained, but according to the Bachelor Nation member himself, he has “never been a big reality TV guy.” Joey continued:

“I don’t know a lot about all these different TV shows, especially these competition shows. I think the only one I knew a lot about when I was growing up was Survivor… My mom watched, and I’ve had a resurgence cause one of my buddies loves it, and I’ve watched it a lot. That would be another crazy one to challenge yourself and to see how you would do, but I don’t think anyone from Bachelor Nation has tried even doing that.”

Despite being a massive Survivor fan, Joey itted that he is unsure whether being a part of the Emmy Award-winning series would even be a possibility, as he has “stayed under the ABC umbrella” exclusively. Who knows what the future holds, though…

https://www.tiktok.com/@youtube_archivess/video/7443099158258666798

Speaking of Bachelor Nation who have “paved the way,” Hannah Brown, Tyler Cameron, Nick Viall, and more have been a part of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, a show that Joe reccommended to Joey. When asked whether or not he would give it a try, the Pennsylvania native itted that he would to test himself and his abilities, prior to delving into the details:

“I think no one goes into that being like, ‘This is going to be awesome,’ because it’s such a mental test, but I love that kind of stuff. It’s one of the things I’ve loved about Dancing [With the Stars] — all these people are so uncomfortable, and they’re doing something outside of their comfort zone, testing not only their physical ability, but their mental ability to go and perform. This would be a completely different way to do it, but it would still be a way of testing yourself.”

Despite being open to Special Forces, Joey is unsure how he would do on such a high-stakes show, concluding the conversation by telling Joe, “There’s a part of me that thinks I would crumble, [and] there’s a part of me that thinks that I would thrive in a situation like that, but that’s the whole beauty of it. Why not try to do something like that to see how you would actually be">@joeygraziadei. As a Survivor superfan, my fingers are crossed that he makes an appearance on season 49!

It's party time in the 'DWTS' ballroom!]]>
<![CDATA[

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s official. Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson are the champions of Dancing With the Stars season 33, bringing home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy!

For those who are unfamiliar, the former Bachelor had quite the journey on Dancing With the Stars, earning some extremely impressive scores and topping the leaderboard on numerous occasions. Said scores are as follows:

Serving as frontrunners all season long, Joey and his professional dance partner managed to coast their way to the finale of the beloved competition series, earning a 30 out of 30 for their Cha-Cha to “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” by Justin Timberlake and a 29 out of 30 for their Freestyle to “Canned Heat” by District 78 and Jake Simpson yesterday (Nov. 26).

These scores in combination with the public vote were enough to earn Joey and Jenna the Mirrorball Trophy, leaving Dancing With the Stars fans with just one burning question: what’s next? Here’s what the pair had to say about their post-show plans:

When asked by PEOPLE how they plan to celebrate their Dancing With the Stars season 33 victory — just moments after the show came to a close — Joey swiftly replied, “Ohhhh, I got a really nice bottle of Patron, and we’re going to get a little drunk,” but his professional dance partner has other plans.

Seemingly not in the mood for tequila, Jenna said, “No, I’m going to take a big nap. I cannot wait to sleep!” On two entirely different wavelengths, fans could not help but chuckle at the DWTS duo, taking to the comment section of the interview to comment on the juxtaposition between Joey and Jenna:

“I think this describes them perfectly LOL”

“Joey was me in college then Jenna is me now 🥲

“Both a drink and nap? Now that’s my kind of celebration!”

Others took this as the chance to comment on Joey’s “frat boy” persona, as the Dancing With the Stars champion was previously the president of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity during his time at West Chester University of Pennsylvania:

“Once a frat boy, always a frat boy.”

“Frat Joey reporting for duty!”

“He’s soooo frat core…”

Making it to Good Morning America bright and early today (Nov. 27), Joey must not have partied too hard last night, but you never know what secrets he’s hiding… Nevertheless, to relive the finale of Dancing With the Stars season 33 — including Joey and Jenna’s victory — you may stream the must-see episode via Hulu or Disney Plus as we speak.

<![CDATA[

Dancing With the Stars season 33 has officially come and gone, and we might just deem this cast to be the best one to date. With athletes Danny Amendola, Stephen Nedoroscik and Ilona Maher, actress Chandler Kinney, and reality television personality Joey Graziadei all competing in the finale of the beloved competition series, we could not have envisioned a better bunch to fight for the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy!

For those who are unfamiliar, Joey and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, emerged victorious at the end of Dancing With the Stars season 33, with Ilona and her professional dance partner, Alan Bersten, securing second place and Chandler and her professional dance partner, Brandon Armstrong, securing third place to complete the podium. Additionally, Stephen and Danny — and their professional dance partners, Rylee Arnold and Witney Carson — secured fourth and fifth place, respectively.

While the final five was nothing short of spectacular when it comes to dancing, the bond that each pairing had with one another is what really stole the hearts of individuals all across America, allowing them to advance in the competition by the public vote.

Because each friendship is so special, what will each celebrity contestant miss the most about their professional dance partner, and vice versa? Keep scrolling to see for yourself.

On Good Morning America, the final five participated in some rapid fire questions, with one of said questions being what they will miss the most about their partner.

Mirrorball Trophy recipient Joey Graziadei got the ball rolling, spilling to the camera, “I will miss just the everyday of it. We had so much fun, and I think I’m just going to miss being able to spend as much time as I did with Jenna.”

Jenna then chimed into the conversation, adding, “I would agree. I feel like we’ve created a really awesome bond. I feel like we definitely have brother-sister energy, and I’m going to just miss laughing so much with this guy.”

The pair then added that they have plans to continue spending time together, as Joey is moving to Los Angeles with his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, ing the Dancing With the Stars live tour, and more.

Continuing the conversation, Stephen and Rylee gushed about one another:

Rylee: “I’m going to miss Steve’s just infectious energy every day. I’m so sad that today we’re not going to be going into the rehearsal studio together, because truly, he just brings so much joy into my life… I’m really gonna miss that every day.”

Stephen: “I think I’m gonna miss Rylee’s ambition. She has a really strong drive, and it motivates me. She’s just such a positive person.”

Going on a double date to the Wicked premiere, could there be more in the future for Stephen and Rylee (and Tess McCracken and Walker Lyons)? Only time will tell…

To follow, Chandler shared with a smile that she is going to miss Brandon’s superb sense of humor, adding that he always knew how to make her laugh throughout their Dancing With the Stars journey.

Brandon took a slightly different approach, itting to the camera that he and the ZOMBIES star had a great deal of “life talks during rehearsal,” ones that he will cherish forever and miss oh-so dearly. How sweet is that?

Everyone’s favorite DWTS duo, Ilona and Alan, were up next, gushing about one another, as well as the (alleged) best friendship they have built throughout their time on Dancing With the Stars season 33.

Keeping things rather lighthearted, Ilona said she will miss Alan’s “sparkling sense of humor,” while Alan said he will miss Ilona’s “comedic timing.” After all, this pair is as hilarious as can be!

Last, but certainly not least, Danny and Witney spilled the tea on their partnership:

Witney: “I’ll miss cracking jokes and ordering Erewhon every day into the studio. There’s so much. So much that I’ll miss.”

Danny: “I mean, every day I was excited to show up to the studio, so we had a lot of fun… I think we talked about building houses more than we danced. So much fun.”

If you are anything like us and mourning the end of Dancing With the Stars season 33 as we speak, have no fear. You can stream the finale of the hit competition show, as well as the other episodes, via Disney Plus or Hulu.

<![CDATA[

If you have been keeping up with Dancing With the Stars season 33, it’s obvious that former Bachelor Joey Graziadei and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, are frontrunners in the competition, inching closer and closer towards the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

For those who need a refresher, Joey and Jenna earned an impressive 28 out of 30 for their Contemporary to “Work Song” by Hozier during the 500th episode Dancing With the Stars last week, inspired by Riker Lynch and Allison Holker’s routine from Dancing With the Stars season 20. While it was not their highest score to date — as that was a 29 out of 30 for their Argentine Tango to “Ramalama (Bang Bang)” by Róisín Murphy during “Halloween Nightmares Night” the week prior — it was enough to punch their ticket into the semi-finals tomorrow (Nov. 19).

Nevertheless, their scores for the rest of the season are as follows:

Believe it or not, a big reason for Joey and Jenna’s success in the ballroom is because of the connection they have behind the scenes, with the 29-year-old itting that he can count on Jenna for just about anything. “It’s amazing to see how much I can lean on her, trust in her, and just know that she’ll make sure that it feels good for me when it comes the right time,” Joey previously told Good Morning America during some post-show press.

Well, it sounds like the raw and honest connection between Joey and Jenna has reached new heights recently, resulting in some silly name-calling. The Dancing With the Stars duo is so comfortable with one another, to the point where Jenna often calls Joey a “squirrel” — how hilarious is that?

The former Bachelor spilled the tea while speaking to Joe Vulpis on an episode of the Lightweights Podcast on Nov. 12. Here’s what he had to say:

“Jenna a lot of times calls me a squirrel, because I get easily distracted and something will happen,” Joey prefaced, prior to delving into the origin of this nickname:

Could wedding bells be in the future?]]>
<![CDATA[

Joey Graziadei might be busy slaying the competition on Dancing With the Stars season 33, but that does not mean he has neglected to nurture his relationship with his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson.

For those who are unfamiliar, Joey and Kelsey met on The Bachelor season 28, where the Pennsylvania native popped the question come finale night. “Kelsey, we have had the experience of a lifetime,” he said as he proposed on the shores of Tulum, Mexico.

He continued, ionately:

“I think back on how proud we should be with how strong of a connection we built in such a short period of time. I knew early on that there was something different about you and I just wanted to learn more… There is something about you, you have this infectious energy that makes me smile. It’s a feeling I’ve never had before. I know during this time we built a very strong flame, and the only reason I know that flame will never go out is because you’re in my life.”

Ever since that moment, Joey and Kelsey have seemingly been as happy as can be, building their lives with one another even in the midst of their busy lives. With Dancing With the Stars season 33 inching closer and closer to finale night, once the former Bachelor’s journey comes to a close, Joey has plans to celebrate the holidays with his significant other for the first time (well, at least publicly). Then, it looks like the pair will finally settle down together, with Joey revealing to podcaster Joe Vulpis that they are eager to move into their first apartment as a couple.

With Joey growing up in Pennsylvania — but spending a great deal of time in Hawaii — and Kelsey growing up in Louisiana, where will their first apartment be, you may ask? According to Joey, he and his fiancée will be settling down in Los Angeles:

@ughitsjoe

Currently living in Los Angeles during Dancing With the Stars, Joey and Kelsey decided that the city was a perfect fit for them and their lifestyles, eager to try new restaurants, explore the outdoors and more with one another. “We’ve decided to stay in LA, and I’m excited for us to build a home together. We got an apartment, and I cannot wait to make it feel like something that’s really ours,” Joey gushed, prior to delving into the details of how the decision came to be:

“We’ve been going back and forth for a bit, but we kind of knew when Dancing came around that we were going to get a real taste if we liked LA. I think I was more interested in LA than New York, and she was probably more interested in New York than LA, but realized that she would probably still be happy here, and I don’t know if I would have been able to find the things I love to do as much in New York.”

Joey itted that Los Angeles is as close to Hawaii as he can get, eager to play golf, play tennis, go surfing and more in this new endeavor. Beyond his outdoor activities, the 29-year-old added that while the apartment he and Kelsey were given during Dancing With the Stars has been nice, they are eager to start building a home for themselves, one that will be filled with personal trinkets and flair. How sweet is that?

Joey added that the regimented aspect of Dancing With the Stars will be helpful for the future as a whole, as the former Bachelor is “excited to take this version of a routine that [he’s] created with Dancing and then build it into [his] own.” It sounds like nothing but sunshine and rainbows is on the horizon for Joey, ready to build the best life he can for both himself and his fiancée.

In their new apartment, will Joey and Kelsey happen to have the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy sitting on their shelf, though? Signs point to yes, as his scores throughout Dancing With the Stars season 33 have been impressive (to say the least):

To see for yourself if Joey and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, emerge victorious, catch brand-new episodes of Dancing With the Stars Tuesdays via ABC or Disney Plus.

Joey spills the tea on last year's holiday heist. Yikes!]]>
<![CDATA[

It is obvious that Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson are one of the strongest couples on Dancing With the Stars season 33 — punching their ticket into the semi-final of the hit competition show on Tuesday (Nov. 12) — but do you ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes?

Given the fact that Joey and Jenna are both in happy, healthy relationships, when they are not rehearsing, they tend to spend time with their significant others: Kelsey Anderson and Val Chmerkovskiy.

Living in Los Angeles while the competition is underway, Joey recently shared with podcaster Joe Lupis what he and Kelsey — who was his final rose recipient on The Bachelor — tend to do when he is not rehearsing with his professional dance partner:

“We just eat. The food here is unbelievable. We love trying new restaurants. We have started to try to look into like where we can go on hikes and just get outside more, because we love the weather. I’ve started to find a couple of the golf connections, which I would love to get her into golfing a little more… We’re just going to try to do a lot of those things. Going out with friends and trying new places, but then finding ways to be more active outside.”

Just moments after the 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars came to a close — where they performed a Contemporary to “Work Song” by Hozier, earning a score of 28 out of 30 — Joey and Jenna spoke to the media about what occurred during the episode, simultaneously sharing even more about their lives outside of the show.

With the Thanksgiving and Christmas inching closer and closer, Access Hollywood strayed away from conversation surrounding Dancing With the Stars, instead asking Joey and Jenna what they have planned with their significant others this holiday season. Here’s what they had to say:

@accesshollywood

It was a #holiday heist for #JoeyGraziadei 🎁 The best gift last Christmas was him sneaking now-fiancée Kelsey to spend the holidays in Philadelphia.

Last year, the finale of The Bachelor had yet to air, so it was unclear who Joey’s final rose recipient would be. Now that everyone knows he popped the question to Kelsey, the pair can do all the things that couples tend to do during the holidays, eager to spend his first Thanksgiving and Christmas with his significant other out in the open:

“This is kind of, I think, the first one we can actually celebrate, because last time we were still under wraps. I snuck her up to Philadelphia really quickly around Christmas time, just because I knew they didn’t know that we were together yet. I probably shouldn’t have done that, but I did. Sorry, ABC.”

After spilling some serious tea about last year’s antics, Joey then shared what will happen this holiday season:

“We are excited about the idea of like being able to celebrate with both of our families, so we’re going to spend Thanksgiving with my family and Christmas with hers, snd that’s kind of the tradition we want to start. We both want to be able to share those special holidays, but do it for each of us, because they’re both of our families now.”

“Welcome to relationships and trading off times,” Jenna chimed in with a chuckle, prior to sharing a silly story about her first few Christmases with her husband — fellow Dancing With the Stars pro, Val — and his family:

“Val never celebrated Christmas until we started dating, and then when I married into the family, my in-laws now all do matching PJs, and it’s a big part of our Christmas tradition”.

“I would love to do matching PJs,” Joey added, and we are already dying to see Golden Bachelorette fan favorite Mark Anderson in a onesie — hubba hubba!

Before the holidays, though, Joey and Jenna need to keep their eyes on the prize, inching closer and closer to being crowned the champions of Dancing With the Stars season 33. To see whether or not they take home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy, catch brand new episodes of the beloved competition series Tuesdays via ABC or Disney Plus.

Kelsey Anderson better watch her back...]]>
<![CDATA[

Advancing to the semi-finals on Dancing With the Stars season 33, it is safe to say that Bachelor Nation fan favorite Joey Graziadei has some serious chemistry with his professional dance partner, which is evident during each and every performance. After all, did you see last night’s hot and heavy routine?

Unfortunately for fans of the Bachelor franchise, there is just one problem… his professional dance partner is not his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, but a longtime Dancing With the Stars pro instead, making their undeniable chemistry concerning (to say the least). Starting out as a seemingly harmless relationship — with Joey actually requesting Jenna Johnson as his partner, as she is happily married to fellow Dancing With the Stars pro Val Chmerkovskiy — it looks like the tables have turned.

While Joey was seemingly head over heels for Kelsey during week 4 of the competition — dedicating a Viennese Waltz to “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims to her during “Dedication Night” (earning a 36 out of 40) — week 7 of the competition was an entirely different story. Yesterday (Nov. 12), Joey dedicated a Contemporary to “Work Song” by Hozier to Jenna instead during the highly-anticipated 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars (earning a 28 out of 30), raising some serious red flags.

Doubling down on just how much Jenna means to him, Joey could not help but gush about his professional dance partner to Good Morning America shortly after the show, explaining their relationship that seems too close for comfort. Here’s what the Pennsylvania native had to say:

@gma

@Joey Graziadei opens up about how ive @jennajohnson has been throughout the season, cheering him on every step of the way and helping him grow as a dancer 🪩✨ @Dancing with the Stars DWTS #DWTS500

“I’m going to credit her every single time, because she does so much to give me that confidence,” Joey prefaced, prior to delving into the details of why Jenna is the perfect partner:

“If you watch rehearsals in the beginning, they’re not pretty, and it’s amazing to see how much I can lean on her, trust in her, and just know that she’ll make sure that it feels good for me when it comes the right time… I’m just going to keep trying to do that while we’re still here.”

With the Dancing With the Stars pro giving him goo-goo eyes throughout the entire interview, it seems like Joey and Jenna may be more than friends.

Contrary to popular belief, a great deal of Dancing With the Stars fans understand that they have a relationship that is strictly professional instead — innocently making strides toward the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy — taking to the comment section of the above TikTok video to share their true thoughts:

“Awwww, he’s such a good guy 🥰🥰

“Love them so much! They deserve to go to the finals.”

“Jenna’s is everything! She’s truly been an amazing partner!”

“They are such a great partnership. You can tell he ires her so much, as he should!!! Jenna is amazing.”

Lets keep it cute ladies and gents ❤ 😚🕺🏼

Although Joey and Jenna’s relationship seems a bit fishy, Kelsey does not seem to be concerned whatsoever, so neither should fans of the Bachelor franchise.

Earlier in the season, Kelsey took to TikTok to squash any relationship rumors between the Dancing With the Stars duo. Based on her smile after Joey and Jenna’s routine last night, it is safe to say that the following sentiment remains true:

“If I can survive [The Bachelor], I can survive watching him dance with a married woman — with a cute little baby boy — crushing it. I am very proud of Joey. I think that everyone should be. He is killing it.”

“That’s my girl right there,” Jenna commented on the TikTok video, confirming that Jenna is a great friend of both Kelsey and Joey, and nothing beyond that. Phew!

Nevertheless, with chemistry we can feel through our television screens, will Joey and Jenna manage to emerge victorious? To find out for yourself, catch the final few episodes of Dancing With the Stars season 33 Tuesdays via either ABC or Disney Plus. The pair better watch out for Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong. With two perfect scores throughout the 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars, they are certainly the team to beat!

It's safe to say he wasn't a fan of the dance belt...]]>
<![CDATA[

“Halloween Nightmares Night” has come and gone on Dancing With the Stars season 33, and it is safe to say The Bachelor star Joey Graziadei and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, had the spookiest costumes of all. After all, who isn’t afraid of creepy ventriloquist dolls?

For those who are unfamiliar, on Tuesday, Oct. 29, Joey and Jenna received their highest score to date — consisting of two tens and one nine — after performing an Argentine Tango to “Ramalama (Bang Bang)” by Róisín Murphy while dressed as creepy ventriloquist dolls.

Winning the dance-off against former New England Patriots player Danny Amendola and his professional dance partner, Witney Carson — performing a Jive to “Time Warp” by Little Nell, Patricia Quinn, and Richard O’Brien simultaneously — Joey and Jenna got three points added to their already-impressive score, landing them at the top of the leaderboard alongside Zombies star Chandler Kinney and her professional dance partner, Brandon Armstrong.

Now, entering his seventh week in the competition, it is safe to say that Joey is a seasoned Dancing With the Stars cast member, dres as Tarzan, a cowboy, a ventriloquist doll, and more throughout the show thus far.

What was the worst costume of all, though? Definitely his green “Team Goofs” suit from “Disney Night,” hopeful he never has to wear something like that ever again…

After earning a score of 25 out of 30 for their Samba to “Trashin’ the Camp” from Tarzan, Joey and Jenna competed in a group dance alongside “Team Goofs” — consisting of Joey and Jenna, Chandler and Brandon, Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber, and Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten — during “Disney Night.”

Earning an impressive score of 27 out of 30 for their Freestyle to “I 2 I” from A Goofy Movie, the costumes were far from comfortable for the group, specifically for Joey…

At the time, he told Good Morning America, “I am so uncomfortable right now. I was really hoping that Tarzan was what we’d be doing press in, and just doesn’t work that way. I’d be colder, but this is a very uncomfortable outfit for me if I’m just being honest.”

Unfortunately, the green “Team Goofs” suit featured “a very exciting, exposing downstairs region,” which resulted in Joey — as well as the other male dancers — having to strap into an extremely uncomfortable, painful dance belt. He went so far as to describe the pain as an eight out of ten — yikes!

The following week, Good Morning America reminded Joey of the trauma that occurred in his green “Team Goofs” suit, asking the Bachelor Nation member if he would prefer it over his ventriloquist costume from “Halloween Nightmares Night.” Naturally, Joey sang like a bird, politely declining the “Disney Night” ensemble:

“That’s a good question. I think I’d have to stick with ventriloquist. I was so uncomfortable last week.”

It is safe to say Joey never wants to see another dance belt again!

Nevertheless, continuing in the competition, what will the rest of Joey’s costumes entail? To find out for yourself, tune into brand-new episodes of Dancing With the Stars Tuesdays — with the exception of Nov. 5 (aka Election Day) — via ABC or Disney Plus, with next-day streaming via Hulu.

If it isn’t Chandler and Brandon, we have a feeling Joey and Jenna will take home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy!

A couples dance, perhaps?]]>
<![CDATA[

With impressive scores since the beginning of the competition — as well as the of Bachelor Nation and beyond — it’s safe to say Joey Graziadei will coast his way to finale night on Dancing With the Stars season 33. With this feat comes the oh-so-exciting freestyle dances, and the former Bachelor already has some ideas about what his will entail…

For those who have yet to tune into DWTS this season, Joey and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, earned a 21 out of 30 for their Cha-Cha to Tyler Hubbard’s “Dancin’ in the Country” in the premiere, a 22 out of 30 for their Rumba to Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” on “Oscars Night,” a 34 out of 40 for their Jive to The Isley Brothers’ “Shout” on “Soul Train Night,” and a 36 out of 40 for their Tango to Scorpions’ “Rock You Like a Hurricane” on “Hair Metal Night.”

Shortly afterward, the Pennsylvania native decided to get his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson — who he met on The Bachelor season 28 — in on all the action, dedicating a Viennese Waltz to Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control” to her on “Dedications Night” last week. Joey earned a 36 out of 40 for the phenomenal performance.

To follow, Joey and Jenna earned a 25 out of 30 for their Samba to Tarzan‘s “Trashin’ the Camp” during “Disney Night” on Tuesday, Oct. 22, but it’s safe to say he wants Kelsey’s influence back in the ballroom ASAP.

After this week’s episode, the former Bachelor chatted with Good Morning America about his relationship with Kelsey, discussing the possibility of a couples dance in the near future. This would make sense, as Jenna’s husband, Val Chmerkovskiy, is also a professional dancer on the show, recently getting eliminated alongside reality TV royalty Phaedra Parks.

Could this couple’s dance actually come to fruition? After all, Val has quite a bit of time on his hands… Here’s what Joey had to say, and Jenna’s response.

Kicking off the conversation, Joey told Good Morning America that he’s been bringing some of his dances home, with Kelsey “getting the little things” and learning frame. “It’s just always fun to bring it home and like, just make it be a part of the experience for her too, so whenever I can try to include her, I really do,” he said.

Then, the interviewer proposed a dance featuring Joey, Kelsey, Jenna, and Val in the near future, and the Bachelor alum — as well as his professional dance partner — were all ears:

“That would be really cool, I think,” Joey said. “I don’t think that’s too much to ask. I think that Kelsey would be standing around a lot, but we can get her up there.”

“Last week for ‘Dedication Week,’ Kelsey came to one of our rehearsals and Val stepped in and they did a frame,” said Jenna. “They did a tango frame together.”

Joey concluded with a chuckle, “I think that if she’s with Val and I’m with you and then we like end with the actual couples, it might have a chance. That would be good.”

To see where Joey and Jenna go from here — and to see if Kelsey and Val any of their top-notch routines — tune into brand-new episodes of Dancing With the Stars season 33 every Tuesday via ABC or Disney Plus. With “Halloween Nightmares Night” inching closer, be sure to grab your popcorn, too.

<![CDATA[

If there is one individual blowing us away throughout Dancing With the Stars season 33, it is former Bachelor Joey Graziadei, stunning viewers with his top-notch dancing skills episode after episode. Who knew he was such a musical maestro?

For those who are unfamiliar with his journey on the show thus far, he and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson, have been slowly but surely climbing the leaderboard. Kicking off the competition, the pair earned a 21 out of 30 for their Cha-Cha to “Dancin’ in the Country” by Tyler Hubbard, followed by a 22 out of 30 for their Rumba to “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper during “Oscars Night,” a 34 out of 40 for their Jive to “Shout” by The Isley Brothers during “Soul Train Night,” and a 36 out of 40 for their Tango to “Rock You Like a Hurricane” by Scorpions for “Hair Metal Night.”

DWTS STREAMING OPTIONS: Disney+ | Hulu | Sling

These impressive scores continued, earning a 36 out of 40 for their Viennese Waltz to “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims during “Dedications Night” last week — which was dedicated to his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson — as well as a 25 out of 30 for their Samba to “Trashin’ the Camp” from Tarzan during “Disney Night” yesterday (Oct. 22). Dres as Tarzan, we are soooo attracted to long-haired Joey — hubba hubba!

To follow their individual performance, Joey and Jenna also competed in a freestyle dance alongside “Team Goofs” — consisting of Joey and Jenna, Jenn Tran and Sasha Farber, Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten, and Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong — during “Disney Night,” performing a routine to “I 2 I” from A Goofy Movie as a group. Although they earned an impressive score of 27 out of 30, it is still unclear whether or not the group dance was worth it for Joey, as his “Team Goofs” costume may cause some lifelong damage in his nether region — yikes!

How exactly, you may ask? The Dancing With the Stars frontrunner spilled the tea while speaking to Good Morning America after the show, explaining exactly what his uncomfortable dance belt entailed.

I’d be colder, but this is a very uncomfortable outfit for me if I’m just being honest,” Joey prefaced, prior to stating that his green suit has “a very exciting, exposing downstairs region,” which resulted in some pain for the Bachelor Nation member.

itting that he “had to put on some really really tight spandex to really just pull everything together,” Jenna — who calls her dance partner by his legal name, Joseph — itted to Good Morning America that “Joseph wore his first ever dance belt” for “Disney Night,” describing the moment as a rite of age within the dance community.

Joey added, “I would never choose to wear one again. It feels very uncomfortable… We’re at a strong eight [out of ten] of uncomfortable feeling right now. I’ve never felt this much pressure in my life.”

Laughing along the way, it is clear that the former Bachelor is making light out of a painful situation, grateful to be a part of Dancing With the Stars — and grateful to be a frontrunner — nevertheless. Will he take home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy, though?

To see where Joey and Jenna go from here, tune into brand-new episodes of Dancing With the Stars season 33 each and every Tuesday via ABC or Disney Plus. With “Halloween Night” right around the corner, things are about to get as spooky as can be!

Joey Graziadei is full of secrets...]]>
<![CDATA[

Stealing the hearts of women (and men — we’re talking about you, Derek Hough) all across America, Bachelor Joey Graziadei is soooo much more than meets the eye, giving us a deeper glimpse into his past as a part of the Dancing With the Stars season 33 cast.

For those who are unfamiliar with Joey, the tennis coach was a contestant on season 20 of The Bachelorette, vying for the heart of former Dancing With the Stars finalist Charity Lawson, but to no avail. Finishing as the runner-up, Joey got his second shot at finding true love as the lead of season 28 of The Bachelor shortly afterwards, where he popped the question to his now-fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, come finale night.

Now, Joey has slipped on some dancing shoes and is trying his luck at the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy (alongside his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson) on Dancing With the Stars season 33, and it is safe to say he has been successful so far. Who knew that the Bachelor could boogie?

Yesterday (Oct. 8) for “Hair Metal Night,” Joey and Jenna performed a Tango to “Rock You Like a Hurricane” by Scorpions, earning a score of 36 out of 40 and topping the leaderboard. Before that, the pair earned a 21 out of 30 for their Cha-Cha to “Dancin’ in the Country” by Tyler Hubbard during the Dancing With the Stars premiere, a 22 out of 30 for their Rumba to “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper during “Oscars Night,” and a 34 out of 40 for their Jive to “Shout” by The Isley Brothers during “Soul Train Night.”

Coinciding with these dances has been a lot of oh-so intriguing information about Joey’s past. For example, prior to their Cha-Cha to “Dancin’ in the Country,” the Pennsylvania native shared a personal anecdote about moving to Nashville, Tennessee after college, something that a majority of Bachelor Nation did not know about the man we watched for three months on The Bachelor. Not to mention the three months he spent on The Bachelorette as well…

Additionally, Joey shared that he was a powderpuff cheerleader in high school before his Jive to “Shout,” as well as a drummer in high school before his Tango to “Rock You Like a Hurricane.” Is there anything he can’t do?

Naturally, fans of both the Bachelor franchise and Dancing With the Stars have gotten a kick out of Joey’s seemingly endless side quests, taking to social media (specifically X) to poke fun at the Dancing With the Stars frontrunner:

It is unclear what other stories Joey will tell throughout his journey in the ballroom, but chances are there are dozens and dozens to come. “The Salsa is actually the perfect dance, ’cause I used to work at a Mexican restaurant when I was in high school,” one X predicted about his forthcoming dance routine, and we could not help but chuckle.

Nevertheless, will Joey and Jenna continue to climb the leaderboard — all while sharing personal anecdotes along the way — eventually taking home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy? The only way to know for sure is to tune into brand-new episodes of Dancing With the Stars each and every Tuesday via either ABC or Disney Plus.

Spoiler alert: Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik and his professional dance partner, Rylee Arnold, may give him a run for his money.

Despite their success so far, this pairing was not the original plan...]]>
<![CDATA[

Despite slaying the competition so far, it looks like there might be some more trouble in paradise between former Bachelor Joey Graziadei and his professional dance partner, Jenna Johnson-Chmerkovskiythe wife of fellow Dancing With the Stars pro, Val Chmerkovskiy — than Dancing With the Stars fans realize.

The latter recently itted on an episode of the Almost Famous podcast — hosted by Bachelor Nation fan favorites Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti — that she was “a little sad” when she found out that Joey was her celebrity dance partner for season 33 of Dancing With the Stars, as she was hoping to be paired with someone else instead.

Jenna wanted to be paired with Danny Amendola 3a4a4d

Image via ABC

According to Jenna, she was promised a football player this time around — confident that former New England Patriots player Danny Amendola would be her celebrity dance partner — but as we know, this dream did not come to fruition once the official couples were announced.

“I was a little sad because I’ve been promised — not promised — but I’ve never had a football player. Through my time on the show I’ve never had a football player,” Jenna explained. “I kind of heard Danny was going to be involved, and I was like, ‘This is my year. I’m gonna get the NFL guy,” but to no avail.

As far as her past partnerships go, after serving on the troupe from seasons 18 to 22, Jenna made her debut as a Dancing With the Stars pro in season 23 with Wizards of Waverly Place star Jake T. Austin, and they were the first couple eliminated. Since then, she has been partnered with stars like Joe Amabile, Karamo Brown, Nev Schulman, and Tyson Beckford, even bringing home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy alongside Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon in season 26. To top it all off, Jenna even made history as one-half of the show’s first same-sex couple, partnered with Dance Moms star JoJo Siwa in season 30 — is there anything she can’t do?

Jenna is happy to be paired with Joey Graziadei nonetheless 4i1e2h

While a football player is yet to be added to her Dancing With the Stars resume, Jenna is content in her couple with Joey, and we do not blame her whatsoever. After all, their scores have been impressive (to say the least), earning a 21 out of 30 for their week 1 Cha-Cha to “Dancin’ in the Country” by Tyler Hubbard, a 22 out of 30 for their week 2 Rumba to “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, a 34 out of 40 for their week 3 Jive to “Shout” by The Isley Brothers, and a 36 out of 40 for their week 4 Tango to “Rock You Like a Hurricane” by Scorpions.

Topping the leaderboard yesterday (Oct. 8), we cannot wait to see where things go from here!

Not only is he an amazing dancer, but Jenna spoke out about Joey’s stellar personality on the Almost Famous podcast as well, deeming him to be “one of the most genuine humans I’ve ever met.” She continued, “I think we kind of just connected really easily and quickly and we have so much fun. Obviously there’s stressful moments — I’m not always the kindest — but it’s just such a pleasure to work with him.”

Stuck with Joey until further notice, will Jenna and the Bachelor Nation heartthrob manage to keep climbing the leaderboard, taking home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy in the end? To find out for yourself, catch brand-new episodes of Dancing With the Stars each and every Tuesday via either ABC or Disney Plus.
