Hey cool, our skin is now crawling and we feel like we need a shower!]]>

Former Hollywood powerhouse Kevin Spacey saw his career collapse in 2017 amid multiple sexual misconduct accusations made against him. Recently, The Brutalist actor Guy Pearce opened up about his experience with Spacey, and now he’s clapped back with a sharp response. 1f1r2i

In 1997, Spacey and Pearce shared the screen in the noir crime film L.A. Confidential. In 2018 amid the former’s scandal, Pearce appeared in an Australian show where he praised his former co-star’s acting prowess but described him as being “a handsy guy” when they filmed the movie. His words sparked controversy and he later clarified that he was not sexually assaulted, but he had an “uncomfortable” experience working with the actor.

Speaking to Scott Feinberg on the Awards Chatter podcast recently, Pearce revealed more details about working with Spacey. He said that in the span of five months, he was brushing off Spacey’s repeated advances toward him, calling him an “aggressive man.” In of being an actor, Pearce said Space had the command of the room and was “extremely charming and brilliant.” Looking back, he added, “I was young and susceptible, and he targeted me, no question.” Pearce was around 29 years old to Spacey’s 37 or 38 during the production of L.A. Confidential.

Now, Spacey has hit back. On Feb. 19, the 65-year-old actor posted a video responding to his former co-star’s accusations. He prefaced his response by noting that they worked together a long time ago and said that if Pearce had experienced something upsetting on set, he could have addressed it with him directly. What Spacey doesn’t understand is why Pearce is speaking about it publicly now, leading to relentless media inquiries about Spacey’s reaction. “You really know what my response is? Grow up,” he said.

Spacey, directly addressing Pearce in the video, asked whether the actor told the press that he flew to Georgia to visit Spacey while he was on the set of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil one year after they finished shooting L.A. Confidential just to “spend time” with him. “Did you tell the press that too, or does that not fit into the victim narrative you have going?” Spacey asked.

Clearly frustrated, Spacey questions Pearce’s motive for talking about it nearly three decades after they worked together. “Here you are now, on a mission, some 28 years later, after I’ve been to hell and back, to do what? Just in time to stop the bad guy?” Spacey asked. He then challenged Pearce to talk to him anytime, even “live on X,” as he said he didn’t have anything to hide. He concluded the video by saying, “Guy, you need to grow up. You are not a victim.”

Spacey has not been convicted of any crimes connected to the accusations against him. One case was dropped when the acc refused to testify, a civil lawsuit found him not liable for sexual misconduct, and he was acquitted of all nine sexual assault charges in a separate case in the U.K. Despite his legal victories, Spacey’s career and life are shattered. He remains shut out from mainstream Hollywood projects and only had a few roles in independent films in recent years.

"I was sort of scared of Kevin Spacey."]]>
<![CDATA[

At the 70th Academy Awards, when L.A. Confidential was touted as one of the frontrunners in a tighter-than-usual Best Picture race against classics like Titanic and Good Will Hunting, Australian actor Guy Pearce looked like he was on top of the world. But from the many s of what it’s actually like to work with Kevin Spacey, we now know that Pearce, at the time, actually felt “targeted” and “uncomfortable.”

As things stand, Kevin Spacey has long defended his conduct on set, claiming he has never committed anything unlawful. The only real comeuppance he has faced for his allegations — despite multiple coming from different individuals — was being ordered to pay a production company $31 million for violating their internal sexual assault policy. However, due to the media blitz surrounding the scandal, Spacey revealed on Piers Morgan Uncensored that the financial and reputational fallout ultimately cost him his house and career.

Now riding high, Pearce stopped by Awards Chatter to discuss, among other things, his nomination for The Brutalist and to reflect on his experience working with Spacey. In the wake of the #MeToo movement in late 2017, which rocked Hollywood to the extent that even Cameron Diaz was pleasantly surprised upon her return to acting, Pearce was asked about the allegations against Spacey during a morning show in Australia. At the time, he brushed it off by simply calling Spacey “very handsy.” However, in this The Hollywood Reporter podcast, Pearce finally felt ready to share more.

Apparently, he wasn’t as nonchalant behind the scenes as he had made it seem. Pearce recalled hearing the news while in London for work and immediately breaking down in tears. The revelations forced him to truly reconsider what had happened to him all those years ago. This time, Pearce felt brave enough to share his personal of how he re Spacey’s behavior on set:

“I did that for five months, and really, I was sort of scared of Kevin because he’s quite an aggressive man. He’s extremely charming and brilliant at what he does—really impressive, etc. He holds a room remarkably. But I was young and susceptible, and he targeted me, no question.”

At the time, Spacey had already won his first of two Oscars and a Tony Award, so with the Harvey Weinstein-esque attitudes of that era, it’s easy to imagine how isolated and powerless the then-newcomer Pearce must have felt.

While Spacey might never face legal consequences, it’s worth considering RAINN’s official statistics: 63% of sexual assaults in the United States never get reported, and even when they do, only 50 out of 1,000 cases result in an arrest.

Pearce addressing this now is particularly significant. His character in The Brutalist, which earned him a well-deserved Oscar nomination for Best ing Actor, is a despicable, wealthy post-war baron who sexually assaults László Tóth (Adrien Brody). In fact, one of the most emotional scenes in the movie is when he is finally confronted for his actions. That Pearce’s Hollywood career has fortuitously come full circle in such a role is quite fascinating.

The Brutalist expanded nationwide in theaters on Jan. 24. For many reasons, it is shaping up to be one of the defining cinematic experiences of the decade, and we wouldn’t be too surprised if it secures a couple of awards come Oscar night.

How long is long enough to forgive a celebrity for something terrible they’ve allegedly done? How about if they went to court and were found innocent of some assaults, but alleged to have done multiple others? According to Succession actor Brian Cox, when it comes to Kevin Spacey, enough is enough.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the 78-year-old Cox said it’s time to let all that hate toward Spacey go. Sure, he’s accused of assaulting multiple men, but he was also found not guilty for every charge that’s been brought against him in court.

“Let he who is without sin cast the first stone,” Cox said in Spacey’s defense. “I just think Kevin had certain things which he couldn’t or didn’t it to, and I think it was a strain on him in many ways. And for me, that was Kevin’s only difficulty.”

Cox seems to be referring to the difficulty of Spacey living as a gay man, but spending most of his life in the closet. Spacey came out in 2017, after actor Anthony Rapp said Spacey molested him when he was 14. Cox said that Spacey has “had the kicking that some people think he deserved.”

More than a dozen men have accused Spacey of sexual misconduct. He’s been to court twice over it, coming out victorious each time.

“Maybe he got too out of hand, but I don’t think he should be punished endlessly for it,” Cox said. “There should be a case of forgive and forget. Let’s move on. I think he should be given the opportunity to come back to work.”

Just forgive him already, everyone! What’s the big deal? He’s only accused of using his power to assault other people. Who cares! Cox also previously went to bat for Spacey; in his 2022 book Putting the Rabbit in the Hat, Cox called Spacey a “stupid, stupid man” and that his sexuality was an “open secret.”

He added that “the fact that he could be somewhat predatory” was also well known. Cox thinks the timing of Spacey’s coming out was a “big mistake.” He thinks coming out when you’re “being accused of sexual misconduct” lost him “a lot of from the gay community.”

When it comes to cancel culture as a whole, Cox thinks it’s a version of “modern day McCarthyism.” If you’re unfamiliar, McCarthyism refers to a time in the 1950s when Senator Joseph McCarthy led a campaign to root out communists in America. It led to fear, accusations, blacklisting, and a series of Congressional hearings, without the proper channels of due process.

Cox has defended a number of popular figures who’ve been so-called “cancelled.” These includes Bill Murray, and Harry Potter author and creator J.K. Rowling.

In fact, Cox claims he’s been in the crosshairs of it himself. When he was rehearsing for the play A Long Day’s Journey Into Night, he said he grew frustrated with himself. “I got very angry at myself. I always get angry at myself when I’m learning my lines,” he said. “So somebody reported me to Equity here in the U.K. for getting angry. I just thought, ‘Who was I angry at?’ I wasn’t angry at anybody in particular. I was only angry at me trying to deal with this f***ing difficult play!”

Is the Oscar-winning actor's career really about to be resurrected?]]>
<![CDATA[

Warning: This article contains references to sexual abuse.

Until 2017, Kevin Spacey was one of the most prominent personalities in Hollywood. However, since then once-renowned actor has been living under the harsh light of a sexual harassment controversy that’s all but ended his career.

Spacey made his film debut in 1986 and was quickly on the rise in Hollywood. He has many notable roles, with the biggest one being Frank Underwood in Netflix’s hit drama House of Cards, though the character was cut from the sixth and final season of the show before its release.

But the 64-year-old actor is now attempting to revive his career. Since the controversy has lasted for so many years, it’s easy to get lost in it. Here’s everything we know.

Who is Kevin Spacey? 57684z

That’s the easiest question in the mix. The North American actor entered the Hollywood business in the late 1980s after appearing in movies Heartburn, Dad, See No Evil, Hear No Evil, just to name a few. He also starred in minor roles in TV series like The Equalizer. These movie and TV debuts were possible due to his career in the theatre, where Spacey had been turning heads with his killers since the beginning of the decade.

In the following years, Spacey was a star of numerous movies and TV series. He won an Oscar for The Usual Suspects, played the terrifying John Doe in Se7en, took the mantle of Lex Luthor in Superman Returns, and, most notably, was Frank Underwood, the face of House of Cards.

Several acclaimed roles earned Spacey a reputation as one of the greatest actors of our time. However, it was put in the background after numerous cases of sexual harassment started coming to light, beginning in 2017.

Kevin Spacey’s sexual misconduct allegations, explained 544uq

The first allegation towards Kevin Spacey was made by actor Anthony Rapp in Oct. 2017. In an interview with Buzzfeed, Rapp claimed Spacey made an unwanted sexual advance towards him in 1986 when Rapp was only 14, and Spacey 26. At that time, both actors were participating in Broadway shows. Spacey was staring in Long Day’s Journey into Night, while Rapp was a part of Precious Sons.

According to Rapp, he was invited to a party in Spacey’s house. When everyone had left the party but Spacey and Rapp, the former was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and laid himself on top of Rapp. Reporting to the latter, Spacey tried to seduce Rapp, who eventually left the party.

“He was trying to seduce me. […] I don’t know if I would have used that language. But I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually.”

Rapp also shared the story in an interview with The Advocate in 2001, but Spacey’s name wasn’t included in the article to avoid legal disputes.

Following the article’s release Spacey made a highly controversial response. In a two-paragraph social media post on Oct. 30, 2017, the House of Cards claimed he’s “horrified to hear his [Rapp’s] story.” He also said he didn’t the encounter, since it happened over 30 years beforehand.

Simultaneously, Spacey revealed himself to be gay. “As those closest to me know, in my life I have had relationships with both men and women. I have loved and had romantic encounters with men throughout my life, and I choose now to live as a gay man,” Spacey wrote. This drew a lot of backlash to the actor, with people claiming he was trying to change the topic to draw attention away from the allegations.

Sarah Kate Ellis, president and CEO of GLAAD, the LGBTQ advocacy group at that time, addressed Spacey’s statement. “Coming out stories should not be used to deflect from allegations of sexual assault,” she wrote in a series of tweets in Oct. 2017.

The aftermath of the allegations 2k181f

This sparked a series of events around Spacey. On Nov. 2, Deadline reported that Staci Wolfe and Creative Artists Agency stopped cooperating with Spacey, who was then fired from House of Cards on Nov. 3. Netflix announced his character, Frank Underwood, had been completely cut from season six by dying in between seasons.

A Netflix project called Gore, which was meant to be produced by Spacey and have him in one of the roles, was also canceled. Ridley Scott also removed the actor from his crime thriller “All the Money in the World,” and replaced by the late Christopher Plummer as the industrialist J. Paul Getty.

Spacey was also meant to be honored by The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with the 2017 International Emmy Founders Award. However, after the sexual assault allegations against him went public, the organization withdrew the decision.

In the aftermath of Rapp’s allegations, several other people came out and revealed they had been assaulted by Spacey in the past. These included Boston anchorwoman Heather Unruh, who alleged Spacey sexually abused her son, Richard Dreyfuss’ son Harry, filmmaker Tony Montana, eight people who had worked with him on the set of House of Cards, and several employees of the Old Vic theater in London, where Spacey served as artistic director.

The Christmas videos 3j5k5t

Spacey didn’t comment publicly much about the allegations and the legal processes that took place in the meantime. However, on Dec. 24, 2018, Spacey posted a bizarre YouTube video called “Let Me Be Frank.” In the clip, he acted as if he was the character of Frank Underwood, and while he didn’t directly mention the allegations, many viewers believe he addressed them.

In 2019 and 2020, Spacey posted similar videos, this time around named KTWK (Kill Them With Kindness) and “1-800-XMAS.” In 2023, he released a video “Being Frank With Tucker,” where he discussed Netflix and the 2024 presidential election with right-wing political commentator and writer Tucker Carlson.

Multiple people have filed charges against Spacey, including Heather Unruh, Anthony Rapp alongside an anonymous acc, a massage therapist, and complainants from the United Kingdom.

In the case of Heather’s Unruh son, key evidence in the form of a mobile phone, which was used to exchange texts between the teenager and his girlfriend about alleged “groping,”, was missing and couldn’t be found. The lawsuit was withdrawn in July 2019.

In Sept. 2018, a lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court stated that Spacey sexually assaulted a masseur in Oct. 2016 in Malibu. However, that person unexpectedly died in July 2019, meaning the case against Spacey was closed.

Anthony Rapp’s lawsuit was ed by an anonymous acc, though, the latter’s case was dismissed due to the refusal to publicly identify himself. On Oct. 20, 2020, Spacey was found not liable for all charges filed by Rapp, with the latter ordered to pay House of Cards star over $39,000 in damages.

In 2022, Spacey was charged by the U.K.’s Crown Prosecution Service with four allegations of sexual assault. Spacey traveled to the country and pleaded not guilty to the charges. In 2023, the jury found the actor not guilty of the charges.

What is Kevin Spacey doing now? 1ex40

With the controversy around Kevin Spacey seemingly coming to an end, Spacey was shaping up to return to acting. In March 2024 he tweeted he has “a new picture coming out,” called Peter Five Eight, where he plays an assassin.

A few renowned Hollywood actresses and actors ed Spacey and voiced their hopes regarding his eventual return to the industry. These included Sharon Stone and Liam Neeson. The former told The Telegraph she “can’t wait to see Kevin back at work.” The star of the Taken franchise also ed the accused actor. “Personally speaking, our industry needs him and misses him greatly,” Neeson said.

It remains to be seen whether Spacey will be included in future movies, TV, and theater shows.

How does someone comeback from 50+ sexual misconduct accusations?]]>
<![CDATA[

Whether or not they know his name, any movie lover knows Kevin Spacey’s face. The American Beauty actor shaped the Hollywood landscape for decades before losing everything after a slew of sexual assault accusations. The claims, spurred on by the #MeToo movement, spanned decades and came from 9 different accs – most of whom were underaged when the incidents occurred.

What was Kevin Spacey accused of? 3n4ay

Anthony Rapp image Alexi J. Rosenfeld/Getty Images, Kevin Spacey image Alexi J. Rosenfeld/Getty Images

In 2017, 6 men came forward in the U.K. with sexual assault accusations against Kevin Spacey. Shortly after in 2018, American actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making sexual advances toward him in 1986, when Rapp was just 14 years old.

Spacey apologized to Rapp, though he claimed he didn’t recall the event. In a move that was highly derided, he used the controversy to come out as gay. His announcement was poorly received by the gay community, with many claiming that The Usual Suspects actor was trying to deflect from the accusations. Actor Billy Eichner claimed that his coming out, under those circumstances, implied a connection between homosexuality and pedophilia.

The Oscar winner had 7 open cases against him by 2018, and by 2020, 2 more cases were brought against him by American men who claimed that Spacey had assaulted them as teenagers years before.

Was Kevin Spacey found guilty? 3h6g4e

Kevin Spacey leaving court after being acquitted

Kevin Spacey was acquitted on all counts. His American legal woes all but disappeared after Rapp failed to correctly identify the apartment where the alleged incident took place, and the other two accs declined to testify or failed to produce evidence.

In 2019, two of Spacey’s accs died. Internet conspiracy theorists were quick to claim that Spacey had them murdered, pointing to a video made the day before one acc’s apparent suicide. Embodying his former House of Cards character, Frank Underwood, Spacey released the short KTWK, or “Kill Them with Kindness.” The character was famous for killing political opponents.

Despite the many accs and questionable posting choices, Spacey was acquitted of all charges in the U.K. as well, in 2023.

Though he was found not guilty, Spacey’s career has continued to suffer. He tearfully told Piers Morgan that his legal woes drained his bank s, and that the stigma made it hard to find projects. The actor has itted to being “flirty,” “promiscuous,” and, “definitely persistent” in the past.

“I take full responsibility for my past behavior and my actions, but I cannot and will not take responsibility or apologize to anyone who’s made up stuff about me or exaggerated stories about me,” Spacey said.

After years of having his name synonymous with child predation – and some seriously bizarre videos Spacey chose to broadcast himself – the damage to his public image might be impossible to repair. Despite the long climb back to success, Spacey is ready for his comeback. All that’s left to do, according to the actor himself is to, “get back on the horse.”

Whether or not audiences are still willing to give the 64-year old a second chance remains to be seen.

The actor is facing tough times.]]>
<![CDATA[

From babbling politicians to rising Hollywood celebrities, media personality Piers Morgan has certainly featured a wide range of guests on his Uncensored talk show, although it’s worth arguing that no other guest might be as interesting as once-respected actor Kevin Spacey.

Before his appearance on the show, the long-time performer was notably caught up in legal troubles after several allegations of sexual assault and misconduct were brought against him. Following the allegations, the two-time Oscar winner was axed from his starring role in Netflix’s House of Cards and became seemingly disgraced in the realm of entertainment media. In the end, however, Spacey was found not guilty on all charges, and has since expressed a growing desire to return to acting and to “live a more open life” than before.

Despite being found not guilty, Spacey’s name has undoubtedly been tarnished as he’s seen his name dragged through the mud of chat forums, social media, and news headlines. As a result, the actor opened up about his struggles on Morgan’s show — which included allowing emotions to take over and to let several tears fall.

So, why was Spacey crying on Piers Morgan Uncensored? 3p712h

In a recent tell-all on Morgan’s high-profile series, Spacey immediately burst into tears when Morgan asked the actor where he currently lives, reminding him of his growing financial woes. Spacey replied that he’s been living in Baltimore, Maryland since 2012, but that his current house would be entering foreclosure and auction due to Spacey’s inability to make payments on the property. Diving further in, Spacey insisted that he owes millions of dollars in legal fees, which are starting to pile up.

The entire situation then prompted Morgan to ask if Spacey was facing bankruptcy at all, and despite being close at times, Spacey insisted that he was able to “dodge” it. In the end, the American Beauty actor claimed that he would “get back on the horse” and try to maintain a positive attitude and make more money as an actor down the line.

Is the 'House of Cards' actor a father?]]>
<![CDATA[

Kevin Spacey was once known as the creepy dad in American Beauty and the strong-willed Frank Underwood in the compelling political series House of Cards. Recently, however — at least since 2017 — he has been in the news because of sexual misconduct allegations, and people have grown increasingly curious about his personal life.

Since the 1980s, Kevin Spacey has appeared in countless movies of all genres, from Horrible Bosses to Baby Driver and Glengarry Glen Ross. With the spotlight on Kevin Spacey’s allegations and lawsuits, people now want to know whether he’s a father.

Kevin Spacey does not have children, but he has talked about the subject in the past. In 2015, he told Female First, “I have wanted to have children. I do want to have children. It’s early.”

At the time, Spacey was 55 years old. Now he’s 64. A lot has happened between 2015 and today, and none of it has been good. Instead of starting a family, as it sounded like he might have been planning to do, he has been facing several legal battles. While, according to The Guardian, he received a not guilty verdict in his 2023 trial, the allegations that he assaulted more than 50 men, as reported by Vox, plagues him.

When interviewed on Piers Morgan Uncensored, Spacey shed light on his financial woes, including a mountain of debt and possibly bankruptcy due to his considerable legal fees He said, “It’s considerable… Many millions,” in reference to said legal fees. When Morgan asked about his next steps, the actor said he would “Get back on the horse.”

Due to the misconduct allegations, Spacey’s acting career has definitely slowed in recent years, and it’s tough to imagine the informed moviegoer wanting to watch him in future projects. We can’t exactly ignore the statements he has made over the past few years or the serious allegations against him.

That being said, his filmography does include a few recent credits, including voicing a character in the 2023 movie Control and playing Peter in the 2024 thriller Peter Five Eight.

Why is Kevin Spacey broke? 4f6ho https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/celebrities/why-is-kevin-spacey-broke/ https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/celebrities/why-is-kevin-spacey-broke/#respond <![CDATA[Apeksha Bagchi]]> Wed, 12 Jun 2024 16:34:22 +0000 <![CDATA[Celebrities]]> <![CDATA[Kevin Spacey]]> <![CDATA[Piers Morgan]]> https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/?p=1707858 <![CDATA[
Short answer? Because he doesn't understand how consent works.]]>
<![CDATA[

Kevin Spacey, once Hollywood’s most famous villain, found that his decline was both sudden and swift as countless men — the total has now crossed 30 — accused him of sexual assault and inappropriate behavior, describing him as a “vile” predator. He was acquitted of most of the charges in 2023, but the legal victory has not been able to save him from a financial landslide.

The actor recently appeared on Piers Morgan’s controversial Uncensored and gave the host everything he was hoping to get by presenting Spacey his platform to vent. He openly bashed everyone who dared to speak against him, went into detail about his misunderstood “handsy” antics that encroached upon people’s personal space, added yet another scandal to King Charles’ overflowing platter of Kate Middleton controversies, and oh yeah, broke down crying while sharing how broke he is.

During the interview, he revealed that his house in Baltimore, the one he has been living in since 2012 when he ed House of Cards (from which he was fired when the allegations cropped up in 2017), is being sold this week to settle the “many” millions he owes in legal bills since he has no money left.

“I have to go back to Baltimore and put all my things in storage. So the answer to that question is I’m not quite sure where I’m going to live now, but I’ve been in Baltimore … since we started shooting House of Cards there … I moved there in 2012.”

I can’t pay the bills that I owe. A couple of times I thought I was going to file [for bankruptcy], but we’ve managed to sort of dodge it, at least as of today.”

Since the first allegations of sexual misconduct were made against Spacey, he has changed his tactic of facing them thrice — he started with a sorry-but-not-really-sorry apology to actor Anthony Rapp who had accused him of sexually abusing him when he was 14. The American Beauty alum then announced, during the onslaught of allegations against him, that he was gay, but the he expected was buried under criticism for deliberately coming out then in hopes of deflecting the accusations.

After that, he has stuck to denying the claims and explaining how he was a “flirt” whose harmless actions were misconstrued — a rhetoric he continued during the Morgan interview.

“I have caressed people, I have been gentle with people, that is the way that I am. You’re making a at someone, you don’t want to be aggressive. You want to be gentle. You want to see if they’re going to respond positively. They should let you know they don’t want to do it so that you can understand it’s non-consensual and stop.”

As for the fresh claims against him in Channel 4’s documentary, Spacey Unmasked, he labeled them “a dying network’s one-sided ‘documentary’ about me in their desperate attempt for ratings.” Spacey is also not done with the trials as he will once again stand trial in the U.K. court, facing the lawsuit of an anonymous man who has alleged that the 64-year-old sexually assaulted him in August 2008.

His reputation is on the line and yet ending a tiny rumor takes precedence?]]>
<![CDATA[

The number of imaginary, believable, and concerningly possible rumors about Kate Middleton have now byed into infinity and yet, the Kensington Palace, King Charles, or the Princess of Wales herself never came forward to shoot any of them down. And yet, a simple, rather lame rumor about Kate barely managed to raise its head before it was officially shot down.

For once, that’s not the fire needing his immediate attention.

The rumor in question got traction thanks to an ongoing Reddit thread — which was then discussed by TikToker Amanda Matta on her Royal Family-focused TikTok , “Matta of Fact” — that alleged that Kate is currently in Houston, America, staying at St. Regis Houston as she is currently undergoing treatment there.

“Was visiting friends at the St. Regis this weekend and they had spoken of her being at the hotel. Has anyone else heard this? Assuming she would be here for treatment. Hoping for the best outcome for the family.”

Harmless rumor, right? So, what if she is in America? Getting her the best treatment is what the Royal Family wants and if that means Kate has to stay in America to get it — Houston is home to the famous MD Anderson Cancer Center, which has treated many celebrities in the past — it ain’t that shocking, is it?

But if Houston Chronicle is to be believed, a Royal Palace representative was quick to shoot down the rumor when the publication reached out seeking confirmation. There have been countless rumors about Kate, who has not been seen in public since December 2023, and many outlets have reached out to the palace to get their say on the matter only to either get a dubious response or stone-cold silence.

What is so different about a mere rumor about Kate being in America? What makes the speed with which this report was shot down becomes even more suspicious when you look at the hours that have gone by since Kevin Spacey brought King Charles into the vicious circle of many sexual assault allegations against the actor.

Kevin Spacey its being “too handsy” in the past, but is “grateful” King Charles still s him 68326a

By now, Spacey has been accused by over 30 men of sexual assault and inappropriate behavior. He has been acquitted of most of the charges while claiming to be a “flirt” whose gentle touches were misunderstood by, well, way too many. Yes, he won legally (though the fresh accusations made in a Channel 4 documentary still remain), but his status in Hollywood and in the eyes of the masses didn’t benefit from that victory.

And yet, during his recent appearance on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored Show, the former House of Cards actor claimed that he got a message of “” from King Charles (who bestowed an honorary knighthood on him back in 2016) after his many scandals got him canceled in Hollywood.

“I heard a message, yes, and I’m very, very grateful for that.”

But Spacey refused to share more details about the message since he doesn’t want to “drag” Charles into his problems and he would rather detail more than 30 men misconstrued his intentions. He went on to detail how he “pushed the boundaries” and got punished for it.

“Being too handsy, touching someone sexually in a way that I didn’t know at the time they didn’t want. I have caressed people, I have been gentle with people, that is the way that I am.”

Even as an acquitted man, Spacey’s friendship is something Charles should actively avoid, especially now when he is finding it hard to put out all the other fires in his life. This one is a claim that should have been immediately denied by the palace, but so far, it has only ed the dark cloud of controversies that plague Charles and his shaky reign.

Spacey's comments have definitely ruffled some feathers.]]>
<![CDATA[

With the 2024 presidential election slowly drawing closer as the months breeze by, it’s certainly common knowledge that candidate RFK Jr. is a satisfying choice for those disgruntled voters who don’t want to choose between repeat candidates Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

As intriguing as a vote for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. might sound to some, others are now gritting their teeth and second-guessing the fresh-faced candidate after a recent endorsement from once-respected actor Kevin Spacey. So perhaps we can now assume that the 64-year-old performer is done acting out his tiresome Frank Underwood persona over on YouTube on Christmas Eve every year.

The aforementioned endorsement quickly turning heads recently occurred over on X, where Spacey regarded RFK Jr. as “a loyal friend” and insisted that Kennedy reached out to check on Spacey when the world had “turned its back” on him amidst sexual assault allegations initially revealed by fellow actor Anthony Rapp. From there, Spacey faced several counts of sexual assault charges in a U.K. trial — although he was later found not guilty.

Despite the not guilty verdict, Spacey remains as a celebrity that a large portion of people detest — which has become more and more apparent after his endorsement for RFK Jr. Following the nod of approval from the American Beauty actor, a handful of s on X have made it a mission to point out how disastrous the endorsement is:

It still remains to be seen if a heap of other celebrities decide to publicly endorse RFK Jr.’s message of a “different” candidate, but an endorsement from Spacey is clearly not that great of a look in the eyes of the public voters.

Jeffrey Epstein’s list of s 6u2x2y All celebrities named in the unsealed documents https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/celebrities/jeffrey-epsteins-list-of-s-all-celebrities-named-in-the-unsealed-documents/ https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/celebrities/jeffrey-epsteins-list-of-s-all-celebrities-named-in-the-unsealed-documents/#respond <![CDATA[Jordan Collins]]> Fri, 05 Jan 2024 15:35:12 +0000 <![CDATA[Celebrities]]> <![CDATA[Bill Clinton]]> <![CDATA[Bruce Willis]]> <![CDATA[Cate Blanchett]]> <![CDATA[Donald Trump]]> <![CDATA[Ghislaine Maxwell]]> <![CDATA[Jeffrey Epstein]]> <![CDATA[Kevin Spacey]]> <![CDATA[Leonardo DiCaprio]]> <![CDATA[Michael Jackson]]> <![CDATA[Stephen Hawking]]> https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/?p=1644694 <![CDATA[
Epstein had quite a long list of known associates.]]>
<![CDATA[

Jeffrey Epstein’s list of known associates have been public for less than 48 hours, but the internet has already trawled through the 900-page document containing flight logs, depositions, and other evidence used during the Ghislaine Maxwell case.

The information is a mix of old and new, with some things having been public knowledge for a while and others having come as quite a shock. Before delving into what’s held within, it’s important to know that the list of names that was unsealed on Wednesday doesn’t incriminate anyone. Despite the narrative being told online and on spaces like TikTok, the list only confirms that these people had an association with Epstein, not that they were complicit in any of his or Maxwell’s crimes.

What are these documents? 3g5z3d

The documents relate to the case against Ghislaine Maxwell, and within the 900 pages there are transcripts from depositions in which witnesses gave testimonies. Some sections relate to the flight logs to and from Epstein Island and then there are the emails from Epstein’s addressed to Maxwell.

Maxwell was convicted in 2021 for helping Epstein recruit and abuse underage girls before he was caught and ultimately took his own life in 2019. The names and documents were unsealed from a lawsuit filed by alleged victim of Epstein and Maxwell Virginia Guiffre. All in all, 175 names appear within the pages. You can easily find the documents for yourself online, that is, if you’re prepared to sift through them.

To reiterate, this is not the mythical “little black book” of all Epstein’s clients; in fact, there is no evidence that such a book even exists. The documents that have been unsealed are relevant to the current case against Maxwell, but they only confirm that Epstein was a rich man with many powerful connections.

So who has been named? 23252f

A few names that have caught the internet’s attention straightaway include the likes of Stephen Hawking. An email from Epstein to Maxwell seems to suggest the billionaire was willing to pay people to discredit a rumor that the late theoretical physicist was involved in an underage orgy. This does not confirm that rumor was true, only that there was a rumor. This is the only time Hawking’s name comes up.

Political figures such as Bill Clinton and Donald Trump have been named numerous times although both have denied any wrongdoing. Prince Andrew appeared multiple times, although the brother of the current king of England has been keeping out of the public eye in recent months and also claims no wrongdoing.

Other big names in Hollywood and the music industry have also had their names crop up within the documents including Leonardo DiCaprio, Cate Blanchett, and Michael Jackson. The list goes on, but here are some of the more famous ones found within the 900 pages:

 • Naomi Campbell
 • David Copperfield
 • Cameron Diaz
 • Al Gore
 • Kevin Spacey
 • Les Wexner
 • Bruce Willis

What’s important to note with a lot of these names is that they come up in the pages of depositions. In these testimonies, the witnesses were asked whether they had ever had with certain figures known to have flown out to the island, and in most cases the answers were no. Although there are a lot of A-list names appearing within the documents, it doesn’t even prove that these people knew Epstein.

He's baldly going where many men have gone before. ]]>
<![CDATA[

Say hello to our latest Lex Luthor! James Gunn has found his villain for Superman: Legacy and David Corenswet has found his on-screen nemesis in the form of Nicholas Hoult.

A former superhero himself, thanks to his role as Beast in the X-Men franchise, Hoult becomes the fifth actor to play Metropolis’ most hated man in a live-action movie, as well as ing the lengthy list of names who have brought the iconic comic book foe to life across the many mediums over the decades. So, no pressure, Nicholas, but you have big shoes to fill for sure. At least we know he looks good with his head shaved, thanks to Mad Max: Fury Road.

Hoult is a talented actor, and Gunn’s casting in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was always unmatched, so it would be unwise to bet against him becoming one of the finest Luthors we’ve ever seen. Nevertheless, a few of the following ten performances may prove difficult to beat. Others… not so much.

10. Kevin Spacey 724d3m

Kevin Spacey’s Lex from Superman Returns rounds out this list because… Well, he’s Kevin Spacey. In addition, the now-disgraced actor wasted a golden opportunity to reinvent the role for the 21st century and simply does his best impression of Gene Hackman, thereby delivering a hackneyed and dated depiction of a movie supervillain.

9. Lyle Talbot g46x

Prolific 1940s character actor Lyle Talbot has the honor of being the first person to bring Lex Luthor to life, appearing opposite original Superman actor Kirk Alyn in 1950 movie serial Atom Man vs. Superman. Talbot’s interpretation is a perfect snapshot of who Lex was at the beginning of his storied history, very much a classic pulp-y mad scientist.

8. Titus Welliver 2u1wm

As part of Titans four-season plan to throw in everything but the kitchen sink, Titus Welliver turned up for a single episode of the show’s final season — that’s all DC let them use the character for, FYI. With only a few minutes of screentime under his belt, then, the Bosch star wasn’t able to fully get under Lex’s skin, but he provided a solid rendition of the modern-day Lex.

7. Michael Cudlitz 1n6l3m

And, for some reason, it’s an unwritten rule that the modern-day Lex has to have a beard. See also Michael Cudlitz’s incarnation from Superman and Lois season 3. The brilliance of the acclaimed CW show is that it brings a new dimension to very familiar characters, and that’s on full display with its portrayal of Lex. Uniquely, Cudlitz plays him as a jumped-up thug, Kal-El’s very own version of the Kingpin.

6. Jesse Eisenberg 5p4iv

Look, I’m not happy Jesse Eisenberg ranks this high, you’re not happy about it, let’s move on. By nature of being the most prominent cinematic Lex of the century so far, Eisenberg has to land the sixth spot. And, to be fair, at least he served up a version of the character that we hadn’t seen before — even if that’s because he seems to think he’s playing the Riddler.

5. Jon Cryer 1l3f64
