Erika Jayne — also known by her married name Erika Girardi — has opened up about her divorce from attorney Tom Girardi amid his ongoing legal struggles.

“I’m separated. It’s hard to divorce,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told People. “It’s the lowest thing on my radar right now because I have other legal battles to fight out that I’m getting dragged into. So, f**k the divorce. I’m separated. We have separate lives. I’ve not seen Tom since the day I left, and it is what it is.”

Jayne, 52, filed for divorce from Girardi, 84, on Nov. 3, 2020, after a 21-year marriage. A month after filing for divorce, Jayne and Girardi were sued and accused of embezzling funds meant to go to the families of the victims of the tragic crash of Lion Air Flight 610. Jayne denied all knowledge or involvement in the alleged wrongdoing and was eventually dismissed from the lawsuit.

As for Girardi, he was charged with eight counts of wire fraud and four counts of criminal contempt of court by a federal grand jury in February 2023, a U.S. Attorney’s Office press release stated. On Aug. 23, 2023, Girardi attended a hearing to determine if he was competent to stand trial as he was diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease, a court filing from 2021 states, as reported by People.

On August 25, Jayne premiered her new Las Vegas residency show “Bet It All on Blonde.” The singer and reality star briefly addressed her divorce and legal struggles of the past few years when she thanked the audience for their . “You have to acknowledge what is happening,” Jayne explained her decision to address it on stage. “It is happening. It has been a process and we’ve seen that play out on reality TV. It was playing out in the courts this week as I was preparing for this show. So you can escape for a while, but it is about moving on and keeping your head up.”

Jayne said she was aware of her estranged husband’s court hearing and ongoing legal battle and wanted to acknowledge it to then be present on the stage at the House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay. The “Pretty Mess” singer said she wanted her show to be fun and sultry and to show people that women can be sexy at any age. Jayne’s show will be taking place during a few weekends over the next few months and the reality star is dropping a new single, “Drip Drop,” on September 8.

Erika Jayne kicked off her new Las Vegas residency show “Bet It All on Blonde” on August 25 and described the experience as “a rebuild, a rebirth, and a return.”

Jayne, 52, opened up about her show to Extra and said, “The last three years… have been really tough, and I pulled it together and here it is. I made lemonade out of lemons, man. You have to look at struggles as either one of two things: you’re either going to meet it or you’re going to run away from it. And I chose to meet it head-on and walk through that fire, and it led me here.”

She said her show was all about “fantasy, love, escape, glitz, glamour, and fun” and that she was thrilled to return to the stage “on my own .”

Jayne’s residency came amid the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s ongoing divorce from her estranged husband Tom Girardi. Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi, 84, in November 2020, just a few weeks before the couple was hit with a lawsuit accusing them of embezzling money. Girardi was indicted on federal fraud charges in February 2023 and the attorney was accused of “misappropriating more than $3 million in settlement funds intended for relatives of victims killed in the crash of Lion Air Flight 610,” according to a press release issued by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Ever since the lawsuit was first filed, Jayne has denied any involvement or knowledge in her husband’s alleged wrongdoings, and she was later dismissed from the lawsuit. However, the RHOBH star has faced intense criticism from many fans and some of her co-stars over the past few years, as they accused her of lacking empathy.

During the opening night of her Las Vegas residency, Jayne referenced the she received from her fans during those difficult times and said, according to People, “I’m going to try not to cry. Tonight is about keeping our heads up and moving on. I just really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing up for me. You know I love you.”

Jayne will be appearing on season 13 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – which was filmed earlier in 2023. The “Pretty Mess” singer teased to Extra that fans can expect to see big fights during the season, referencing one dinner party in particular hosted by her co-star Kyle Richards. “Kyle, of course, has this chef that cooks with THC,” she shared. “So I was feeling really great and then fights broke out and I was just so clueless… Like, ‘What are you talking about? You’re ruining my buzz.’” Jayne hinted that the angry comments may have been aimed toward her for things that happened “four years ago.” RHOBH season 13 does not yet have a premiere date but will likely be returning to Bravo in the fall of 2023.

Could we be inching closer and closer to a reality TV stars’ strike? We recently reported that former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel called for an industry-wide boycott for reality TV performers. Now former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna is ing that chorus.

Rinna took to her Instagram story to share her thoughts and urged her fellow cohorts to not attend the annual fan convention BravoCon.

“Every [SAG-AFTRA member] who is on a Bravo show should boycott Bravocon. You want them to start to take you seriously and pay you the money you deserve? Then start a reality show union per Bethenny. Time is now.”

A fan commented that Bravo fans should also the boycott, and pointed out Bravo loves to flex “how progressive they are by calling everybody racist” but that there is “nothing more left-wing than workers’ rights and unions!”

Page Six reached out to get a response from Bravo about the issue, and an unnamed source took a shot at Rinna, who left RHOBH earlier this year: “I’m sure if she was invited to BravoCon, she wouldn’t be saying this.”

Rinna also faced some backlash during her time on the show. In season 12, she accused Kathy Hilton of having a psychotic break and Hilton fired back, calling Rinna a bully. Rinna was even booed at BravoCon last year.

Residuals are at the center of the ongoing actors and writers strike, and as Frankel previously noted, reality TV stars often generate “generated millions and millions of dollars in advertising and online impressions,” but they never get a share in a show’s continued earnings. As reality TV shows are expected to help Hollywood keep things moving while the dispute continues, a strike at this time would really put the nails in AMPTP’s coffin. It would be a historic movement if it did happen.

The fan speculation surrounding the marriage of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and real estate developer Mauricio Umansky almost stole the spotlight from the promotion of the season of The Real Housewives of New York.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Andy Cohen, the producer of both shows, addressed fan speculation that the sensational rumors about the marital woes of Kyle and Mauricio are merely a publicity stunt to promote the new season of the show by firing back:

“That’s a new one. That’s really stupid, is what it is. That’s too lame to even respond to, I think.”

The rumor mill has been in full swing with whispers that Kyle is in an extramarital relationship with country music star Morgan Wade, whom she connected with on Instagram. However, Kyle has firmly denied any romantic involvement. Moreover, she and Mauricio released a t statement on Instagram about the state of their marriage in response to the media frenzy, explaining:

“Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately.”

The couple tied the knot in 1996 and share three daughters: Alexia, Sophia, and Portia. Mauricio is also the stepfather of Farrah, Kyle’s daughter from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Cohen disclosed that Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will contain intriguing revelations about the Richards/Umansky marriage, as did fellow cast member Garcelle Beauvais. However, she was reluctant to get into specifics. As of 2023, the couple reportedly boasts a shared net worth of $100 million, making them a prominent couple in Beverly Hills society.

The Real Housewives impresario quickly returned to the subject of RHONY, praising its all-new cast, real estate agent Erin Lichy, communications consultant Brynn Whitfield, content developer Sai De Silva, Somali-Canadian model Ubah Hassan, fashion publicist Jessel Taank, and fashion entrepreneur Jenna Lyons.

Bad news today for fans of the reality hit Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) – Lisa Rinna has announced she’s leaving the show after eight glorious seasons of housewife madness. Rinna ed the show in 2014 during season five.

Before she showed her sassy self on RHOBH, Rinna starred as Billie Reed on the soap Days of Our Lives and as Taylor McBride in the ’90s hit Melrose Place. She said she was grateful for her time on the reality show, according to People.

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”

Rinna’s contract with the network was up and both parties parted ways amicably. Or at least that’s what we’re being told. Rinna was one of the most visible people on the popular show, and in her first season made Housewives history by throwing a glass of wine at co-star Kim Richards.

She’s been leaving breadcrumbs about a possible exit throughout the show’s last season, so the exit doesn’t come out of nowhere. In a recent Instagram story, she said “I was Lisa F—ing Rinna before HW and I’ll be Lisa F—ing Rinna After.”

Other things telegraphed Rinna’s split from the network as well. After her mother Lois died, she slammed Bravo for not dedicating more time to the proceedings.

“I got one episode of grace. That’s it,” Rinna wrote in an Instagram story. “Lois deserved and deserves much more. Shame on everyone.”

The 13th season of the show is currently filming.

The drama over at Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has somehow gotten even more dramatic, with star Dorit Kemsley publicly going after Dana Wilkey for alluding to rumors of an affair with Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Wilkey reportedly posted a photoshop of the movie poster for the 1957 film An Affair to featuring Kemsley and Umansky in place of Cary Grant and Deborah Kerr. Take a look below at the crude photoshop below.

RHOBH viewers may Wilkey, who captured everyone’s attention when she wore a $25,000 pair of sunglasses on the show. She said they were a gift, but even so, the lavish shades took the ladies were taken aback at the cost.

Wilkey has only appeared in a few episodes in the early seasons of the show prior to Kemsley ing the series. Richards, an actress best known for the Halloween franchise, is the only Housewife who has appeared on every season of RHOB.

“The fans can’t stop talking about this!” Wilkey wrote in the caption, addressing the rumor that’s been circulating around the Housewives fandom but was not, until this Instagram, a mainstream point of discussion. Kemsley commented on the post, saying, “Is something wrong with you woman? Or are you just so miserable in your life you have nothing better to do">Page Six. Fans of the show also lashed out at Wilkey for the rumor.

“Dana trying to stay relevant. Good for Dorit,” one comment read. “The long response was NECESSARY this time. Speak on it girrrrlllll,” another said.

Whatever happens next will probably just mean more ratings for the show, which airs Wednesday nights on Bravo.

When it comes to the world of reality TV, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills promises all the drama you would expect — from both legacy cast and newcomers alike — with its return on Bravo next month.

A new trailer dropped Thursday by the official Bravo Twitter featuring some of the season 12 players, which include Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and newcomer Sanela Diana Jenkins.

Much of the drama seems to center around the fallout from last season, in which the women didn’t know if they could trust Jayne concerning the ongoing legal trouble of her estranged husband, the lawyer Tom Girardi. Girardi allegedly did not pay out settlements to his clients, some of whom were plane crash victims and surviving family . If Jayne’s behavior last season seemed flippant, it looks like it’s nothing compared to what’s in store this season.

The trailer also teased plenty of other drama in the lives of the cast, such as security footage appearing to show Kemsley’s home being broken into. Last year, Los Angeles police said Kemsley was robbed at her residence on the night of Oct. 27, with three suspects escaping with pricey handbags, jewelry, and watches, ABC 7 reports.

In addition to the main cast, Kathy Hilton and Sheree Zampino — the ex-wife of actor Will Smith — will also be appearing occasionally in the show as “friends of the housewives.”

A businesswoman and actor, Zampino was married to Smith from 1992 to 1995, and the pair share a 29-year-old son named Trey Smith. Following the Oscars slap heard around the world, in which Smith slapped Chris Rock for making a joke about his current wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, Zampino shared a message of on Instagram for her ex-husband.

The new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres on May 11.
