Sydney Sweeney definitely found a new way to sell soap. It’s salacious, controversial, and while it might leave your body clean… your mind might be entirely another story.

Okay, quick recap for anyone who missed the prequel: once upon a time, Sydney Sweeney went public about the realities of being a movie star in the streaming era. Contracts aren’t what they used to be. Residuals? Practically Monopoly money. She revealed that the only way for up-and-coming stars to stay afloat these days is by taking on more projects — and jumping into the world of celebrity endorsements. And next thing we knew, she was doing ads for Dr. Squatch as the “Sydney Sweeney Body Wash Genie.”

The jokes came in hot. At first they were funny. Then… they got weird. In one ad, she’s lounging in a bathtub, and someone online joked that they’d buy her bath water. Then suddenly that’s all the comments became. Even GQ had to it: the internet simply cannot be normal about Sydney Sweeney.

So here we are — it’s 2025 and anything goes. And in this case, literally anything. Dr. Squatch now claims to have taken droplets from Sweeney’s bath water – her used bath water – and created a special-edition soap… each bar containing said droplets.

Luckily for the Emmy nominee, this is a limited run. She won’t be asked to supply an eternal stream of bath water. According to CNN sources, fans just couldn’t stop asking — so the team at Dr. Squatch finally said, “Let’s do it!” As you might expect, the reactions have been… mixed.

Some people were completely appalled. One on X summed it up with: “Oh God, this is foul.” Most s were asking if ‘straight men are even okay’ given their palpable enthusiasm for the product. Honestly, not much to add to that. The Anyone But You star has certainly reached some career highs — this, however, is a different kind of bold.

Other s were more amused by the corporate logistics. Someone, somewhere, in a boardroom, actually pitched this with a straight face. “What if…” And the rest is body wash history. It’s bizarre, yes — but undeniably effective. The campaign has done wonders for brand recognition. And maybe, just maybe, this proves Sweeney really can sell anything. Now all we need is for the product to be a classic film next.

To her credit, Sweeney took the whole uproar in stride. She even posted a photo of the soap on her official Instagram. The newly single star was asked in a GQ interview whether she’s actually used it herself. Her answer? Not yet. But she did note that the product might encourage men to keep their bathrooms cleaner. A win for hygiene! Maybe the next product should be for men’s brains, too?

Glen Powell’s mom has addressed rumors around his involvement with Sydney Sweeney, following news that the actress has split from her fiancé, Jonathan Davino.

An insider claimed the actress, who got engaged to Davino in 2022, had cancelled her imminent wedding plans with the movie producer and departed the relationship altogether, citing her busy filming schedule and her desire to “focus on her career right now,” the source told Page Six.

“We love Sydney,” Cyndy said. “We’ve considered her just a really, really good friend. We all were together so much, and we haven’t seen her in a long time. While Cyndy offered the final nail in the coffin of all *those* rumors about Gleeney (the power couple name I just invented), she can’t possibly undo the speculation that dogged the pair upon the release of Anyone But You back in 2023. At the time, both actors were the subject of fervent rumors of an affair, to the point where they each had to release statements confirming they were not romantically involved.

Madea is another no-nonsense, tough-loving disciplinarian that may prove to be the kick East Highlands needs to get back into shape. She’d turn the whole town upside down, before fixing it back together again. Rue could benefit from a grandma like Madea, but we all know that this gran’s methods may be a bit too… archaic. Surely, none of the teenagers will take kindly to getting their butts whooped. So, for this to work, Madea’s going to have to swap out the hands for some verbal lashings instead.

Mbappé’s quite the showman off the pitch, but it’s his competitive side that would excel in a show like Euphoria. All he wants is to be the best, so whether that means out-singing Elliot, challenging Fez for Lexi’s heart, or just leading a new crop of soccer stars to global stardom, Mbappé’s the man for the job!

Freestyle Unity from The Parkers? Well, they just might be the musical group to breathe some life into Euphoria’s amazing, but darker soundtrack. Let’s face it, with the tone and pacing of the show, there’s not much room for some sleek RnB numbers, but the people want what they want! And maybe a fun, ing musical troupe is what Rue needs to keep her occupied and away from the drugs. After all, music has been shown to save lives.

Now the stars have reunited for a Hellman’s commercial that will air during the 2025 Super Bowl, and it’s everything you wanted. And there’s a perfect cameo, too!

There are some dated parts of the movie, including the debate about whether men and women can actually be friends, and in 2025, it’s past time to forget gender norms and stereotypes. Let’s just say this scene and film in general are about intimacy in all relationships. This scene is as relevant today as it was in 1989, and the Super Bowl ad proves that.

So, besides watching the 2025 Super Bowl to see Ryan and Crystal’s When Harry Met Sally ad in all its glory, is it time to rewatch When Harry Met Sally for the 100th time? A rhetorical question, right?

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly searching for three lead stars for her 9 to 5 remake, with sources saying the actress has landed on Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney and Ariana Grande. 

The three main characters are perhaps the only ones worthy to replace Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton, who starred as mothers in the 1980 cult classic. It’s said that Aniston, who is spearheading the production of the reboot, is looking to tie down the in-demand trio, each of whom has enjoyed unprecedented success over the last 12 months. Both Zendaya and Grande landed Golden Globe nods for their roles in Challengers and Wicked, respectively, while Sweeney is still coasting off the blockbuster behemoth that was Anyone But You. 

Bringing the trio to a full-circle moment, Zendaya and Grande have each navigated the teen pop star to actress pipeline, while the former starred alongside Sweeney in HBO’s Euphoria. At this point, talk of the three actresses appearing in Aniston’s 9 to 5 comes from inside sources, who claim that Aniston is going full steam ahead on the project after wrapping season four of The Morning Show. “With another season of [the series] in the can, Jen is focused on getting her 9 to 5 remake in shape,” the source said. 

They added that the script for the reboot is “looking good,” and that Aniston’s next move will be “recruiting some next-generation talent.” If the insider is to be believed, there are only “a handful of names” on Aniston’s list of potential stars, and three of those “at the top” are Sweeney, Zendaya and Grande. The three stars are being pursued by Aniston — who is also said to appear in the reboot in some form — because they have “proven they can do comedy and bring their own fan bases” to the project, the source said.  

However, legions of fans face a hurdle en route to seeing these icons share the screen for an already iconic project, and that’s the ever-boring reality of competing schedules. Apparently, Zendaya and Sweeney are “heavily booked for the next twelve months” and since Aniston reportedly wants to make the movie next year, these scheduling conflicts could be a “problem,” the insider said. 

Adding further doubt is the claim that the 9 to 5 reboot is yet to be officially greenlit by production company Twentieth Century Studios, which is why Aniston is eyeing such buzzy actresses in the first place. “Getting a ‘yes’ from one of these actresses, and making them permanent of ‘Team Aniston’, is the key step that Jen is undertaking right now,” the source said, adding that securing even one member of the trio “can add to the momentum of the project.”

It’s said that Aniston first got the ball rolling on the remake while working alongside Parton on the 2018 film Dumplin’, which Aniston produced and to which Parton contributed the soundtrack. As for Parton’s potential appearance in the reboot, the source claims Aniston wants the singer to be “involved in a big way.” 

Last year, when responding to reports of the reboot, Parton said she was “hoping they might find a way” for her to appear in the film alongside former co-stars Tomlin and Fonda. Alongside Dumplin’ and the potential 9 to 5 remake, Aniston has produced films like Cake, The Switch, Life of Crime and Murder Mystery.

As with almost everything Sydney Sweeney posts, she has attracted a lot of attention from her legion of loyal fans who felt compelled to share their thoughts in the post’s comment section. “Dear Santa: this,” a fan shared, and their comment has been liked over 19,000 times by others who are in agreement. “My girl crush,” another comment reads.

Italian heartthrob Michele Morrone has ed the cast of The Housemaid, an Paul Feig-directed film co-starry Sydney Sweeney and Amanda Seyfried. 

It will mark the second collaboration between Morrone — who most recently starred in Megan Fox’s sultry thriller Subservience — and Feig, with the pair having worked together for the director’s sequel, A Simple Favor 2. Sweeney, meanwhile, will play the character of Millie, a young woman who finds a fresh start as a maid for an upscale wealthy couple, Nina (Seyfried) and Andrew (Brandon Sklenar). 

As you can probably tell from that logline, something more sinister is afoot at the couple’s house, because when hot rich people are on screen, they’re bound to act a fool. There’s no word yet on who Morrone will play (besides someone attractive), but if speculation around him and his Subservience co-star is to be believed, then Sweeney and Seyfried might be avoiding any kissing scenes. Morrone bizarrely became the subject of halitosis rumors (the internet just doesn’t let up) earlier this month, after a video of Fox repeatedly covering her nose while talking the actor surfaced online. 

Of course, since the rumor mill churns especially quickly around attractive people, it wasn’t the only source of speculation from the set of Subservience. That same supposedly bad-breathed video also stirred gossip that Morrone was dating Fox, who is currently pregnant with the child of her just-dumped boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly. “Any accusations beyond a work friendship are simply untrue,” Morrone’s representative later said in response to the rumors, notably without mentioning whether his client had lost his mouthwash. 

The Housemaid shares similarities with Subservience beyond the involvement of Morrone, since the latter film also follows a housekeeper — albeit in the form of an AI android with impossible sex appeal. The Housemaid is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Freida McFadden. Both Sweeney and Seyfried are on board as executive producers, adding to their already bustling list of credits in recent years. 

Though she missed out on the role of Glinda in Wicked (but itted that Ariana Grande was ultimately the right choice… because she has two eyes and two ears), Seyfried recently starred in Hulu’s The Dropout, and floated the idea of a Mamma Mia! threequel starring Sabrina Carpenter. Needless to say, I’d be first in line at the cinemas (that’s just that me espresso), but Sweeney has likewise been kicking goals (and quite literally kicking) while preparing for her role as champion boxer Christy Martin in an biopic. Just don’t ask her about Euphoria, a show so plagued with setbacks that some of its stars don’t even know if season three is happening. 

Feig, meanwhile, you might know for directing a little film called Bridesmaids, which alongside The Housemaid could kickstart a maid-focused credits list. If Hollywood ever greenlights The Milkmaid or The Barmaid, it knows who to call. As for Morrone, well he will continue to be attractive alongside James Franco and Bella Thorne in the Bunny-Man, as well as in Maserati: The Brothers with Anthony Hopkins and Jessica Alba. Jury’s still out on whether there will be a Subservience sequel, but here’s hoping he doesn’t eat too much garlic before filming… if it ever happens. 

Sydney Sweeney is the perfect example of if you’ve got it flaunt it, and she has been flaunting her acting talent across many genres. She’s been in rom-coms, superhero movies, horror, and two drama shows that led to two Primetime Emmy nominations. On top of being a mechanic and working on restoring her old Ford Bronco and killing it on the big and small screen, Sydney Sweeney is also a major fashion icon.

Sydney’s range is obvious only from her acting credits. Her roles in The Handmaid’s Tale, the limited series Sharp Objects, The White Lotus, and Euphoria are enough to understand her ability to switch between genres, highlighted by her many accolades and critical acclaim.

In just one day, Sweeney opted for high-waisted, wide-leg jeans and a white t-shirt with a cream puffer coat and a white hat before moving on to a sexier outfit. During the evening, she left comfort behind for a show-stopping leather and lace outfit.

While in New York, the actress took a page out of The Matrix‘s costume department and shushed all the haters with her seriously hot outfit. For the date night, she wore high-waisted, wide-leg leather pants with a matching leather jacket. She kept the look fully black, with a fuzzy black purse and a sexy Nana Jacqueline Audrina lace top, black boots, and dark shades.

Sweeney looked good and happy but, recently, incels body-shamed her after some viral paparazzi shots. The star looked great as she relaxed in a bathing suit but then men realized they would never get a chance with her and started slamming her and calling her “mid.”

The actress is far from mid, whether we’re talking about her appearance or her acting skills. She clapped back at the haters with the most masterful reply, sharing viral comments on her Instagram and moving on with her day, which was exactly the day she flaunted this fire outfit. We can call it a revenge outfit, if you will.

She later posted a series of photos of her workout montage. Sweeney’s body changed recently as she’s preparing to play the former professional boxer Christy Martin in an biopic.

In the meantime, she’s busy with her many partnerships. Armani Beauty just posted a flirty video of the actress looking “holiday ready,” and also a sexy poster with her look while attending the Armani Dinner in late August at the Venice International Film Festival.

For one shoot of the Armani Beauty ad partnership, she wore a black Armani Privè ensemble that featured a sheer floral lace bodice covering everything but leaving enough to see to keep it spicy, falling down with a pleated skirt. The outfit came with an off-the-shoulder shawl, and Sydney donned sleek Hollywood waves falling down one side.

I’m not going to say that Sydney Sweeney is doing something right because she’s making the haters angry — bullying like that doesn’t deserve an explanation. But she is doing something right amid all the hate and she is a flawless display of hotness and resilience, so I’m looking forward to more sexy outfits like this one.

Sydney Sweeney has delivered a clapback worthy of a place in the Louvre after responding to hordes of trolls who criticized her body in recent paparazzi pictures. 

Last week, paparazzi images of Sweeney lounging around the pool of her home in Florida went viral, with the actress seen hanging out in a purple bikini and sunglasses. Since it’s her own home, Sweeney appears naturally relaxed and unposed, a fact that legions of haters considered unforgivable. The pictures attracted the ire of social media s who clearly have nothing better to do, resulting in an onslaught of body shaming directed at the Euphoria star. 

“Nothing to see here other than an average chunky Yankee girl,” one troll wrote, clearly in need of a pair of glasses. Another said Sweeney is “too pale,” while a third took it upon themselves to declare that she “needs to lose a few pounds around the middle.” Thankfully, Sweeney used these very insults in a blistering takedown of body shaming shared in response to the chatter on social media. 

The video, ed to Sweeney’s Instagram, features dozens of screenshots of the hate she endured as a result of the paparazzi shots, before cutting to clips of herself training in the gym. The actress is seen lifting weights, flipping tyres, and getting in a few jabs in the boxing ring, perhaps envisioning the trolls as her target. While she left the video uncaptioned (the savagery speaks for itself), one clip features a sign that says “just don’t quit,” a mantra she undoubtedly channelled while responding to all the naysayers. 

Sweeney’s clapback was met with widespread praise from some of her peers. The actress’ The White Lotus co-star, Lukas Gage, wrote a ive “go off Syd,” while Riverdale star  Lili Reinhart said “it’s always wild to see people publicly out-themselves as pieces of s**t with comments like that.” Madelyn Cline, Abbott Elementary’s Quinta Brunson, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’s Rachel Brosnahan were also among those to show for Sweeney in the comments section.

The videos featured in Sweeney’s post appear to be taken during her preparations for her role as Christy Martin, a Hall of Fame boxer who is getting the biopic treatment in an (and still untitled) film directed by David Michôd of Animal Kingdom fame. “I’ve been immersed in training to bring to life the story of an incredible woman — a true champion who fought battles both inside and outside the ring,” Sweeney wrote on social media of her role. 

“[Martin’s] journey is a testament to resilience, strength, and hope, and I’m honored to step into her shoes to share her powerful story with you all.” It’s perhaps the most perfect role Sweeney could’ve hoped for amid the commentary on her body, allowing her to feel confident and strong, and with the ability to scare off a bunch of nameless profiles who probably have Cheeto dust smeared on their fingers and keyboards. 

The fact that this kind of trolling is being leveled against Sweeney — who regularly delivers iconic and stunning looks — is a reminder of how insecure some people on the internet are. But at the end of the day, it’s Sweeney who is a successful A-lister and Emmy Award-nominee, and the haters who are left cleaning crumbs off their gaming chairs.
