We have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of celebrity contestants on Dancing With the Stars, but what would happen if the best of the best faced off against one another for the Mirrorball Trophy?

With each season of the Emmy Award-winning series having at least a few standouts, fans of the show have been advocating for a Dancing With the Stars all-star season for quite some time, causing our wheels to start turning…

Using the pros from season 33 of Dancing With the Stars — which wrapped at the end of 2024, with Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson emerging victorious — AND keeping Mirrorball Trophy recipients off of the list, here’s who we would want each pro to be paired with for a Dancing With the Stars all-star season (if it were our decision, of course).

Ezra Sosa and Anna Delvey

As much as we HATE putting con artist Anna Delvey on the all-star list, with Ezra Sosa only having one partner during his Dancing With the Stars career so far, we have no choice but to pair the two together for a potential Dancing With the Stars all-star season. Who knows, though — if Ezra’s season 34 partner (social media sensation Trisha Paytas, perhaps?) is all-star material, perhaps we will make a modification to our list…

Pasha Pashkov and Ariana Madix

From Carole Baskin to Teresa Giudice, Pasha Pashkov has had his fair share of less-than-ideal pairings on Dancing With the Stars, with the exception of one of his celebrity dance partners: Ariana Madix. On season 32, the Vanderpump Rules star was an obvious frontrunner for the Mirrorball Trophy, but after facing some injuries that inhibited some of her mobility towards the end of the season, Ariana and Pasha’s lackluster scores (especially so late in the game) caused the pair to take home a third-place finish instead. Recovering from her injuries and even serving a brief stint on Broadway — as Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago — we are confident that she would bounce back into the Dancing With the Stars ballroom better than ever.

Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant

Britt Stewart and Daniel Durant were not only partners on season 31 of Dancing With the Stars, but they might have created the greatest love story we have ever seen on the show. Finishing in fifth place — getting eliminated just shy of finale night — Daniel and Britt had chemistry that was truly undeniable throughout their Dancing With the Stars journey, defying all the odds as the pair navigated Daniel’s inability to hear. Said chemistry managed to stem beyond the ballroom, as the pair pursued a romantic relationship with one another post-show — with Britt even learning sign language for her brand new boo — with the CODA star eventually popping the question. Needless to say, we would love to see this pair dance together again, this time as a husband-and-wife duo.

Emma Slater and Drew Scott

With 16 partners during her Dancing With the Stars career so far, it is tough choosing an all-star partner for Emma Slater, but HGTV’s Drew Scott is calling our name. On season 25, the Property BrothersBrother vs. Brother and Property Brothers at Home star made it all the way to finale night, ending the competition with a fourth-place finish. Despite displaying some stellar dancing skills during his stint on the show, Emma and Drew still have some unfinished business, failing to receive a perfect score. With their highest score being a 39 out of 40 for their Freestyle to “The Ding-Dong Daddy of the D-Car Line,” Perhaps a Dancing With the Stars all-star season will be Drew’s chance to finally cross “perfect score” off of his bucket list…

Gleb Savchenko and Shangela

Showing off a sillier side to Gleb Savchenko that Dancing With the Stars fans rarely get to see, it is a no brainer that we would choose drag queen Shangela as his all-star partner. Despite finishing in fourth place, we all their iconic Freestyle to “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child and “Call Me Mother” by RuPaul — where Gleb dressed in full drag, AND the pair received a perfect score — right?

Val Chmerkovskiy and Zendaya

He said it himself on a recent episode of the Lightweights podcast with Joe Vulpis, but Val Chmerkovskiy (and fans of the Emmy Award-winning series) would love Zendaya to return for a Dancing With the Stars all-star season. Despite receiving five perfect scores — serving as the obvious frontrunners of the season — the pair ultimately fell short of eventual winners Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough at the end of season 16, securing a second-place finish instead. Needless to say, Val wants a Dancing With the Stars do-over:

“It’s just a click-baity answer. Obviously, Zendaya would be great, just because I would love to do that again and do it better and do it different, and she’s obviously incredible.”

Now, more famous than ever before, fans would love to see EuphoriaChallengers, and Dune star try for the Mirrorball Trophy once again, this time hopefully emerging victorious.

Sasha Farber and Simone Biles

With 12 different partners during his Dancing With the Stars career — including his rumored girlfriend, Bachelorette beauty Jenn Tran — Sasha Farber has quite a few partners to pick from, but selfishly, we want to see Simone Biles back on our television screens ASAP. Finishing season 24 in fourth place, we are eager to see the Olympic gymnast try her luck at adding the Mirrorball Trophy to her collection of athletic accolades, all while competing among the best of the best. After all, as the most decorated gymnast in history, Simone is used to this kind of high-stakes competition!

Daniella Karagach and Nelly

During her first season as a pro, season 29, Daniella Karagach had one of her best partners to date: “Hot In Herre” singer Nelly. Despite making it all the way to finale night — and receiving a perfect score for their Freestyle to “Savage” by Megan Thee Stallion and “Hypnotize” by The Notorious B.I.G. — the duo ultimately fell short of victory, finishing the competition in third place. Now, with even more experience under her belt, we are confident that Daniella and Nelly would be contenders for the Mirrorball Trophy this time around, should a Dancing With the Stars all-star season come to fruition.

Witney Carson and Milo Manheim

Arguably the most robbed contestant in Dancing With the Stars history, we NEED to see Milo Manheim reunite with his professional dance partner, Witney Carson, for an all-star season of the show. As a refresher, the ZOMBIES star had some superb dancing skills on season 27, receiving 8s and 9s as early as week two. With three perfect scores to their name by the end of the beloved competition series, it was assumed that Milo and Witney would take home the Mirrorball Trophy, but the world was stunned when Bobby Bones and Sharna Burgess were crowned the champions instead, resulting in a second-place finish for the fan favorite pair. Needless to say, the duo deserves some redemption…

Rylee Arnold and Stephen Nedoroscik

With only two partners to her name, Harry Jowsey and Stephen Nedoroscik — and with one of them being an absolute scumbag — it is a no-brainer that we would choose Stephen as Rylee Arnold’s partner, should a Dancing With the Stars all-star season come to fruition. Seemingly the best of friends both during and after their stint on season 33, we know that this pair would have a blast, if given the opportunity to dance together again!

Brandon Armstrong and Chandler Kinney

Also from season 33, Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong are a pair we would love to see return to our television screens. On top of receiving phenomenal scores all season long, Chandler and Brandon made Dancing with the Stars history as the first Black couple to advance to the finale, receiving a perfect score for their Freestyle to to “Hellzapoppin'” by Eyal Vilner Big Band and “Move On Up” by Curtis Mayfield (which was also the show’s first performance to feature an ensemble of all-Black dancers). Finishing the competition in third place nevertheless, we would love to see Chandler and Brandon return to the Dancing With the Stars ballroom to become the first Black couple to take home the Mirrorball Trophy. Plus, with fellow ZOMBIES star Milo Manheim on our all-star list, it would be adorable seeing these longtime friends face off head-to-head…

Alan Bersten and Alexis Ren

ed for their oh-so steamy romance — as well as their fourth-place finish — we would love for social media sensation Alexis Ren to return for a Dancing with the Stars all-star season, rekindling her relationship with her professional dance partner: Alan Bersten. Alexis better watch her back, though — with his season 33 partner, Ilona Maher, seemingly having a some chemistry with Alan, it looks like they will have to fight for his heart (and chances are the Olympic rugby player will emerge victorious).

Jenna Johnson and JoJo Siwa

Competing on season 30 of Dancing With The Stars, JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson made headlines back in 2021, becoming the first same-sex duo to participate in the hit competition show. Sespite being a force to be reckoned with in the Dancing With The Stars ballroom — receiving the first perfect score of the season, followed by five more perfect scores — the pair ultimately fell short to Iman Shumpert and Daniella Karagach in the end, finishing the competition in second place. Honing in on her stellar dancing skills through a series of TikTok dances — and as a judge on So You Think You Can Dance — a Dancing With the Stars all-star season might just be the “Karma” singer’s time to shine, finally bringing home the Mirrorball Trophy that she so desperately deserves.

In the meantime, to keep up with all things Dancing With the Stars, you can connect with the show via social media @dancingwiththestars.

Pro-dancers Valentin Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson have had an on-and-off relationship as tumultuous as any tension-filled dance number due to the amount of dating rumors Chmerkovskiy has sparked with his co-stars over the years.

Romances among co-stars are nothing new, and with a show like Dancing With the Stars, they’re often encouraged. But while Chmerkovskiy and Johnson have been married for a few years now, that doesn’t mean Chmerkovskiy hasn’t had some romantic entanglements in the past. Let’s take a look at the dating timeline of one of DWTS’s favorite pros, including the many rumors.

2013: Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson meet on Dancing With the Stars

The couple first met on the set of Dancing with the Stars and both said that they were immediately attracted to each other. Chmerkovskiy had been a frequent face on the show since its second season in 2006, while Johnson ed the cast as a troupe member in 2014. The pair danced together later that year in Sway: A Dance Trilogy.

2015: Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson begin dating

Reports say that the couple started dating in 2015 while working on Dancing With the Stars together. They were first spotted out together in 2016 when they were pictured getting cozy during a lunch date in West Hollywood.

2012: Kelly Monaco

After being promoted to pro dancer on Dancing With the Stars, it didn’t take long for dating rumors to begin to rise between him and his partners. One of these was General Hospital’s Kelly Monaco, who Chmerkovskiy was partnered with for season 15. Their chemistry on the dance floor was undeniable and they remained touchy and close even behind the scenes, adding more fire to the rumors. Monaco went on record with Today to clear the air, stating that it was just a friendship between her and Chmerkovskiy, but the die-hards never bought it.

2014: Janel Parrish

Another partner that Chmerkovskiy fueled dating rumors with was his season 19 partner, Janel Parrish. He and the Pretty Little Liars actress again displayed unparalleled chemistry both on and off stage. The dating rumors grew after Parrish ended things with her then-boyfriend midway through the season and then Chmerkovskiy proceeded to shower her with surprise gifts on her birthday. Fans speculated on whether their relationship was legit or just a showmance, and the pair constantly teased about their “feelings” for each other while never properly labeling them. However, after the show, they never attempted dating and it looks like it was all for the cameras after all.

2016: Amber Rose

Chmerkovskiy was reportedly still dating Jenna Johnson despite all the romance rumors between him and his dance partners, but the couple officially broke up in 2016 and Chmerkovskiy began dating model Amber Rose later that year. They met on the set of season 23 of DWTS, where Rose was partnered with Chmerkovskiy’s brother, Maksim. Their relationship was confirmed by People in December 2016, but the short-lived romance ended only five months later.

2017: Chmerkovskiy and Johnson reconcile

The endgame couple teased their reunion by sharing photos of themselves on a vacation in Europe. While they didn’t post any pictures together, they both shared pics from Rome with the same caption, confirming that they were in the same place and were vacationing together. Later that year they attended Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd’s wedding together and even shared a kiss on screen at the DWTS season 25 finale.

2018:  Rumer Willis

Val Chmerkovskiy and his season 20 partner Rumer Willis took home the Mirrorball trophy that season, and after an intense season, Willis allegedly caught feelings for her partner. She got a tattoo of herself and Chmerkovskiy embracing to commemorate their win, despite the partners never being confirmed or even properly rumored to be in a relationship. Willis was so heartbroken about Chmerkovskiy’s relationship with Jenna Johnson that she had her tattoo removed.

2018: Chmerkovskiy and Johnson are engaged

After so many years on and off, Chmerkovskiy popped the question to Johnson on a trip to Italy. He said he had always known he wanted to propose to his wife in Venice, and Johnson shared photos of the engagement on X. Chmerkovskiy gushed about his fiance to People saying, “My life has changed because of her, and I find myself to be the best version of myself that I’ve ever been.”

2019: Chmerkovskiy and Johnson tie the knot

Chmerkovskiy and Johnson tied the knot less than a year after their engagement. They held their wedding ceremony in Rancho Palo Verdes, California with Johnson decked in Vera Wang while Chmerkovskiy donned a Brooks Brothers suit. Chmerkovskiy’s brother Maksim served as his best man, while Johnson had her sisters Stacy Johnson Bills and Jill Zenger as maids of honor.

2022: Chmerkovskiy and Johnson welcome their first child

The dancing couple is still going strong- last year they welcomed the newest member of their family, Rome Valentin Chmerkovskiy. Their baby boy was born on Oct. 1, 2023, and the couple announced his birth in a t Instagram post of a black and white picture of their baby holding on to his mother’s thumb with Chmerkovskiy’s hand cradling them both. Johnson later revealed his name in a separate post of baby Rome at 4 weeks old, smiling with his eyes closed.

It’s almost impossible to think of Dancing With the Stars without thinking of Val Chmerkovskiy. Being a part of the show since 2006, he might as well be the face of the competition we know and love!

For those who are unfamiliar, Chmerkovskiy ed DWTS in season 2, making occasional appearances as he ed his brother: former DWTS pro, Maksim “Maks” Chmerkovskiy. He was eventually promoted to a DWTS pro in season 13, competing in every season since — with the exception of season 26 — and taking home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy on three separate occasions: with Rumer Willis in season 20, Laurie Hernandez in season 23, and Xochitl Gomez in season 32.

As if DWTS was not a big enough piece of his life, he is married to a fellow DWTS pro, Jenna Johnson, as well — how sweet is that?

Being a part of the beloved competition series for almosr 20 years, Chmerkovskiy has seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to the celebrity contestants on DWTS. Finally, the 38-year-old is name-dropping, spilling all the tea to podcaster Joe Vulpis.

Vulpis asked Chmerkovskiy, “Who’s been the best celeb that has been on the show, in your opinion"> ]]> https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/tv/val-chmerkovskiy-reveals-who-the-best-dancing-with-the-stars-celebs-have-been-and-we-have-some-thoughts/feed/ 0 1808619 ‘Get out of here’: Uh oh, ‘DWTS’ judge Carrie Ann Inaba just had some major shade dumped on her by the Chmerkovskiy brothers https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/tv/get-out-of-here-uh-oh-dwts-judge-carrie-ann-inaba-just-had-some-major-shade-dumped-on-her-by-the-chmerkovskiy-brothers/ https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/tv/get-out-of-here-uh-oh-dwts-judge-carrie-ann-inaba-just-had-some-major-shade-dumped-on-her-by-the-chmerkovskiy-brothers/#respond Thu, 28 Nov 2024 18:50:01 +0000 https://wegotthiscovered.play1002.com/?p=1801252 These brothers don't mess around...]]>

If there is one thing to know about Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy, it is that they will ride or die for their family. With the latter’s wife, Jenna Johnson, competing in the finale of Dancing With the Stars season 33 yesterday (Nov. 26) alongside Bachelor Nation’s Joey Graziadei, it is safe to say that the claws came out during the three-hour episode. Yikes!

Despite emerging victorious — taking home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy — Joey and Jenna had an imperfect end to their Dancing With the Stars journey. While they received a perfect score for their Cha-Cha to “Can’t Stop the Feeling!” by Justin Timberlake, they received a 29 out of 30 for their Freestyle to “Canned Heat” by District 78 and Jake Simpson, receiving a nine from judge Carrie Ann Inaba that ruined their chance at a perfect evening.

Naturally, Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy were furious at Carrie Ann, taking to their respective Instagram stories to slam the already-controversial judge. Here’s what Maks had to say to kick off the conversation:

“This is Maks Chmerkovskiy reporting from backstage of the Dancing With the Stars finale, where once again, the feeling is that of just shock… We’re all feeling a bit perplexed about Carrie Ann,” Maks shared via his Instagram story, throwing shade at the fact that she called Joey and Jenna’s freestyle routine “underwhelming.” After all, with glowing tennis rackets and tons of background dancers, we were appalled by this comment as well…

The former DWTS pro continued, “Underwhelming? Get out of here! Give it three tens and move on. Clap, enjoy, say how beautiful it was — because it was — and then keep it moving… Now you put yourself in a position for giving the same score to Danny [Amendola], which was not even close to the same freestyle, and it just doesn’t make any sense to me.” He concluded the conversation by stating that Carrie Ann ruined Joey and Jenna’s special moment, which is just outright unforgivable.

Naturally, fans were in agreement:

“I know Carrie Ann HATES to see Maks walk into the room, but we love him.”

“I fear people don’t like him because he’s so blunt 🤣 but that’s why I love him.”

“This man tells no lies and gives zero Fs.”

Nevertheless, if Jenna’s brother-in-law was this infuriated, imagine how angry her husband was at Carrie Ann’s comments…

Here’s what Val had to say about the situation, packed with profanity:

“You spend 10 weeks, plus another three weeks of prep, working your ass off for that bull****? For tthat bull****? Bro, your point matters,” he shared via his Instagram Story.

“Whaaaat did you say his racket swing needed to be tighter? What!? 10 weeks of busting your a** for that?! Unbelievable,” the DWTS pro wrote in yet another post. Needless to say, the Chmerkovskiy brothers — as well as a majority of Dancing With the Stars viewers all across America — were furious with Carrie Ann and her comments yesterday, but was Joey and Jenna’s freestyle really underwhelming? Well, you can be the judge of that by watching the routine for yourself below:

To see the rest of last night’s performances — and to see Joey and Jenna be crowned the champions of Dancing With the Stars season 33 — you may stream the finale via Hulu or Disney Plus as we speak. After all, it was certainly an evening to !

Yikes!]]>

It is obvious that Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson are one of the strongest couples on Dancing With the Stars season 33 — punching their ticket into the semi-final of the hit competition show on Tuesday (Nov. 12) — but do you ever wonder what goes on behind the scenes?

Given the fact that Joey and Jenna are both in happy, healthy relationships, when they are not rehearsing, they tend to spend time with their significant others: Kelsey Anderson and Val Chmerkovskiy.

Living in Los Angeles while the competition is underway, Joey recently shared with podcaster Joe Lupis what he and Kelsey — who was his final rose recipient on The Bachelor — tend to do when he is not rehearsing with his professional dance partner:

“We just eat. The food here is unbelievable. We love trying new restaurants. We have started to try to look into like where we can go on hikes and just get outside more, because we love the weather. I’ve started to find a couple of the golf connections, which I would love to get her into golfing a little more… We’re just going to try to do a lot of those things. Going out with friends and trying new places, but then finding ways to be more active outside.”

Just moments after the 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars came to a close — where they performed a Contemporary to “Work Song” by Hozier, earning a score of 28 out of 30 — Joey and Jenna spoke to the media about what occurred during the episode, simultaneously sharing even more about their lives outside of the show.

With the Thanksgiving and Christmas inching closer and closer, Access Hollywood strayed away from conversation surrounding Dancing With the Stars, instead asking Joey and Jenna what they have planned with their significant others this holiday season. Here’s what they had to say:

@accesshollywood

It was a #holiday heist for #JoeyGraziadei 🎁 The best gift last Christmas was him sneaking now-fiancée Kelsey to spend the holidays in Philadelphia.

♬ original sound – Access Hollywood

Last year, the finale of The Bachelor had yet to air, so it was unclear who Joey’s final rose recipient would be. Now that everyone knows he popped the question to Kelsey, the pair can do all the things that couples tend to do during the holidays, eager to spend his first Thanksgiving and Christmas with his significant other out in the open:

“This is kind of, I think, the first one we can actually celebrate, because last time we were still under wraps. I snuck her up to Philadelphia really quickly around Christmas time, just because I knew they didn’t know that we were together yet. I probably shouldn’t have done that, but I did. Sorry, ABC.”

After spilling some serious tea about last year’s antics, Joey then shared what will happen this holiday season:

“We are excited about the idea of like being able to celebrate with both of our families, so we’re going to spend Thanksgiving with my family and Christmas with hers, snd that’s kind of the tradition we want to start. We both want to be able to share those special holidays, but do it for each of us, because they’re both of our families now.”

“Welcome to relationships and trading off times,” Jenna chimed in with a chuckle, prior to sharing a silly story about her first few Christmases with her husband — fellow Dancing With the Stars pro, Val — and his family:

“Val never celebrated Christmas until we started dating, and then when I married into the family, my in-laws now all do matching PJs, and it’s a big part of our Christmas tradition”.

“I would love to do matching PJs,” Joey added, and we are already dying to see Golden Bachelorette fan favorite Mark Anderson in a onesie — hubba hubba!

Before the holidays, though, Joey and Jenna need to keep their eyes on the prize, inching closer and closer to being crowned the champions of Dancing With the Stars season 33. To see whether or not they take home the coveted Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy, catch brand new episodes of the beloved competition series Tuesdays via ABC or Disney Plus.

While contestants (as well as viewers at home) were under the impression that one pair would be eliminated at the end of the semi-final — likely Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber, due to the fact that their scores have been significantly lower than their competitors — the team at Dancing With The Stars pulled the ultimate twist, with hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribero announcing that for the first time in the history of the beloved competition series, all five couples would advance to the finale.

In addition to this, they will perform a holly jolly jive set to “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town” by Mariah Carey, choreographed by pros Britt Stewart and Alan Bersten and featuring appearances from hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough — these routines are sure to be nothing short of spectacular!

In addition to this, contestant Jason Mraz will perform his smash hit “I Feel Like Dancing” live on the Dancing With The Stars stage, all while the pros from the Dancing With The Stars Live Tour perform a dance routine, choreographed by the one and only Mandy Moore. The champions of Dancing With The Stars season 31, Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas, will return the ballroom as well, putting on a performance to “Give It To Me Baby” by Rick James.

Aside from all of the exciting twists and turns that are to come this evening, the five remaining couples will take the stage as well, performing both a redemption routine and a freestyle routine. Keep scrolling to see what these dances will entail…

She might be young, but Xochitl Gomez is a force to be reckoned with on Dancing With The Stars season 32!

Advancing to the finale of Dancing With The Stars season 32 alongside Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber, Ariana Madix and Pasha Pashkov, Charity Lawson and Artem Chigvintsev, and Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach, Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy will take the stage on Tuesday (December 5) to vie for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy, making history as the first season of Dancing With The Stars to have five couples competing for the win — the stakes are higher than ever before!

Because Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy are advancing to the finale, and because they have a high likelihood of taking home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy, fans have just one burning question — If Val were to win alongside Xochitl, would this be his first victory as a professional dancer on Dancing With The Stars?

Has season 32 finalist Val Chmerkovskiy ever won Dancing With The Stars?

Val Chmerkovskiy ed Dancing With The Stars in 2011, where his brother, Maksim “Maks” Chmerkovskiy, had already been a professional dancer on the beloved competition series since 2006. Competing on 19 different seasons of Dancing With The Stars since his debut, and even serving as a judge on the inaugural season (and only season) of Dancing With The Stars: Juniors, Val has had quite a few chances to take home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy, but has he ever actually done it?

Fortunately, he has won Dancing With The Stars on two separate occasions, securing a first place finish with both actress Rumer Willis in season 20 and gymnast Laurie Hernandez in season 23.

Aside from these two wins, Val has competed in the finale six additional times, placing third alongside Kelly Monaco in season 15, second alongside Zendaya in season 16, third alongside Janel Parrish in season 19, third alongside Ginger Zee in season 22, third alongside Normani Kordei in season 24, and second alongside Gabby Windey in season 31 — how impressive!

With these successful seasons aside, Val has had his fair share of not-so successful seasons as well, placing 11th with Elisabetta Canalis in season 13, 10th with Sherri Shepherd in season 14, 6th with Elizabeth Berkley Lauren in season 17, 6th with Danica McKellar in season 18, 5th with Tamar Braxton in season 21, 5th with Victoria Arlen in season 25, 11th with Nancy McKeon in season 27, 9th with Sailor Cook in season 28, 10th with Monica Aldama in season 29, and 8th with Olivia Jade in season 30.

As mentioned, Val will compete in the finale of Dancing With The Stars season 32 alongside the one and only Xochitl Gomez. Receiving extremely high scores all season long, and even moving longtime judge Carrie Ann Inaba to tears during the semi-final, could the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness star help him secure his third victory on the hit competition show?

To find out for yourself, tune into the finale of Dancing With The Stars season 32 on Tuesday (December 5) from 8pm to 10pm ET/PT on both ABC and Disney Plus, with next-day streaming on Hulu. With five couples competing for the first time, as well as a performance from the winners of Dancing With The Stars season 31, Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas, it is going to be bigger and better than ever!

Dancing With The Stars season 32 has truly touched the hearts of the cast and crew of the beloved competition series (as well as viewers at home), and the semi-final was no exception.

During the November 28 episode of Dancing With The Stars, judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli were stunned by the performances from the five remaining couples — Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber, Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy, Ariana Madix and Pasha Pashkov, Charity Lawson and Artem Chigvintsev, and Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach — however, one performance in particular brought Carrie Ann to tears, itting that it was “stunning” and she “never wanted it to end.”

This performance was put on by the one and only Xochitl Gomez and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy, dancing an awe-striking waltz to “La Vie en Rose” by Lady Gaga. With Derek itting that former Dancing With The Stars head judge Len Goodman would’ve loved the dance, keep scrolling to see what the rest of the judges had to say after Xochitl and Val’s performance.

Prior to taking the dance floor, the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness actress explained, “This dance showcases how far we’ve come and how much I’ve grown this season… I’m really proud of this waltz. It’s really emotional for both of us.”

After delivering a dance that was true perfection, this emotion translated from Xochitl and Val to the judges seamlessly.

“I’ll tell you right now, Len would’ve loved that dance,” Hough gushed. “That was absolutely perfect.”

“This girl is an artist,” Tonioli added. “This girl became the rose in front of our eyes… There is dancing, and there is artistry. This is what you did, my love. You have an amazing future in front of you.”

Concluding with Carrie Ann’s comments, the longtime Dancing With The Stars judge was fighting back tears.

“You really touched my heart,” Inaba spilled. “It transported me to another world, and I felt like I never wanted it to end. That’s so rare after 32 seasons of watching dances and dances. That was stunning.”

Because of this show-stopping performance, Xochitl and Val topped the leaderboard with a perfect score of 60 out of 60, followed by Charity and Artem with a 59 out of 60, Ariana and Pasha with a 58 out of 60, Jason and Daniella with a 57 out of 60, and Alyson and Sasha with a 52 out of 60.

While it was assumed that Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber would be eliminated at the end of the episode due to their relatively low scores, hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribero revealed that for the first time in the history of the beloved competition series, all five couples would advance to the finale. That’s right — nobody was sent home!

Julianne noted that the scores from the judges and votes from the viewers will carry over to next week to determine who will take home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy once and for all, so be sure to tune into the finale of Dancing With The Stars season 32 on Tuesday (December 5) from 8pm to 10pm ET/PT on both ABC and Disney Plus, with next-day streaming on Hulu, to see the final result.
